Westwood Luxurious Living ~ 1 Bedroom Apartment ~ Lovely!

Your upstairs apartment has partial views of the lake and a private entrance. The amenities abound with the use of a beautiful swimming pool and tennis courts There is a community sandy beach and picnic area with a large swimming dock and water skiing dock. There is also a large boat marina.

Located just minutes from downtown Sandpoint which is a shoppers dream with a mix of new and older quaint shops, Cedar Street bridge marketplace, and outdoor Farmers market. We are only a short 20 minute drive to Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort. Silverwood Theme Park is 20 miles away.

Sandpoint area is a mecca for hiking and biking trails for all ages. Needless to say there is something for everyone in our own little piece of paradise called North Idaho. Most people visit and never want to leave!

Immaculate, beautiful home in Sandpoint!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. This beautiful home is exceptionally clean and in a great location close to the lake. We loved the swimming pool only a block away. We arrived in the area after a long drive and our lovely hosts had left us fruit and English muffins with homemade jam for breakfast which was lovely. Lynda and Jim were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Definitely will be coming back in the future for a longer stay!

A lovely property. A gracious host. Loved the living room. Iovely decorated. Mattress too soft. A beautiful tub but hard to get in and out and very slippery. We would still recommend it. Host provided many nice extras.

Peaceful get-a-way

Lovely house close to river, tennis courts, pool, and park land. Listing is an upstairs apartment with private entrance, large living room, bedroom with walk-in closet. Bath with deep tub/shower. View of treetops and river through the trees. Very peaceful. Kitchenette with basics - coffeepot, toaster oven, microwave, small fridge, and hot plate for cooking. Gracious hosts were so helpful and accommodating. Kitchenette generously stocked. Great area for walks in a very nice residential area.

Eagles Nest Dream

This lovely second floor loft is among the trees with a lake view. Lynda & Jim are gracious hosts who have created a spacious & comfortable space. We wanted for nothing because of their attention to every detail. We look forward to staying again!

1980's Eclectic get away

Clean as a pin! Owners of the unit are super nice. Except for the cacophony of frogs outside the window at night and the gaggle of Geese trumpeting in the morning it is a quiet place to stay. Be aware that the entrance to this apartment is not private! The homeowners can hear everything you are saying and doing in the entryway.
