5000 sf home on almost 3 acres full of beautiful pine trees but yet close to town. This home has the perfect set up for a family reunion or corporate retreat. The property includes an inground salt-water pool with diving board (Memorial Day - Labor Day), hot tub, kids play structure, large trampoline with net, basketball hoop, wildlife pond w/ long creek and a tree house (w/ loft) with fire pole where the kids can hang out and sleep! There is also a pool house with a full bathroom and changing rooms.

6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (incl pool house bathroom), family room, living room and bonus room

Main Level includes...

KITCHEN - large open vaulted beamed ceiling gourmet kitchen perfect for serving a large crowd or small intimate gathering. It includes a large stainless steel island with stools for 6, a professional 6 burner Dacor range/oven, a built-in Kitchen Aid convection microwave, and 2nd oven, two sinks, each with instant hot and the main sink with REVERSE OSMOSIS water dispenser. Large built-in refrigerator plus sliding door pantry. The remaining kitchen counters are slab granite and the kitchen includes every cooking amenity imaginable, not to mention a fully stocked coffee corner with complimentary local coffee. The kitchen overlooks the backyard playground, patio and hot tub area with large windows, a sliding glass door to back patio and a sliding Nana window to create an incredible outdoor room experience.

DINING ROOM - adjoining the kitchen area, the dining room also with vaulted beamed ceiling includes a large dining room table (accommodating 16+) with windows overlooking patio and pool area.

LIVING ROOM - formal living room with vaulted beamed ceiling, piano and gas fireplace with concrete surrounds. Large picture window overlooking front entrance of the property and also common deer path through the neighborhood. Living room also has a flatscreen tv and a sliding barn door to close off room, if desired.

TREEHOUSE - Newly remodeled two-story treehouse with two twin beds inside! Experience treehousing in this exception treehouse with electricity, opening windows, loft area and front porch! Not to mention the fun firepole! Entrance includes full-size staircase.

You will find everything you could possibly need in our home from highchair to playpen to toys, books to read, games to play, magazines to inspire and a warm inviting atmosphere.

Our home is only 1/2 mile from the Deschutes National Forest where there are oodles of trails for riding, walking or trail running. We are only a few short minutes to Hwy 97 with easy access to Bend and Sunriver.

Sit outside to enjoy dinner on the two patio table and then move over and relax at the large 36" fire pit in the Adirondack chairs, while staring at all the brightly lit stars in the night sky and listen to the softly flowing creek.

It's our sincere desire that you enjoy our little paradise island as much as we do. It's the perfect place to put your feet up or keep them on the ground with swimming, hiking, basketball and more! And a little of each for those who can't decide!

Great house and property. We loved how it felt secluded and private while still only being a short drive into town. Perfect for a large group. The common areas are big enough for everyone to hang out together, and enough spaces to spread out and do your own things.

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Between shopping at the Old Mill District, dining at the local restaurants and relaxing by the private pool it was the perfect getaway. The owners, Keven & Krista were very kind and accommodating. When our schedules permit, we will definitely be returning.

Baseball tournament weekend

Beautiful property with so many amenities

This is a great place to stay if you have kids. They will discover an abundance of activities. Bring bikes or scooters for the younger kids because the driveway is a safe ride for them. Pool, tree house, play structure and trampoline keeps them busy for hours.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lauinger’s property so much! Corn hole, all the games and the pool/hot tub were the highlights for all of us and the well appointed kitchen, fire pit and grill area and spacious rooms and amenities were just so nice for making our meals and time in Bend so memorable and fun. Amazing Getaway!

This home is an incredible find in Bend. The property is absolutely beautiful, with so much to do for every age range in our large family. Located out of the rush of downtown, but only a short drive to everything, we hope to be able to visit again in the summer when the pool is available. The layout of the house is great for allowing privacy as well as shared space and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed and more. I would highly recommend this home!

Amazing getaway for multiple generations!

This house and property had everything we needed! Kids had a blast in the backyard and never wanted to leave the pool. Heavenly Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our time at Laui Pines. The home is stunning with lots of space to spread out. The pool was the highlight- the patio area had ample seating and the pool was large and beautiful and kept at the perfect temperature. There was so much for the kids to do and lots of space to explore. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is truly a magical property and I hope to return next year!

One of our favorite stays

The home and surroundings are beautiful! We came to town for a funeral despite the circumstances, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Peaceful, beautiful, comfortable..... The yard was amazing and the home was perfect. We own a VRBO home in Colorado and have stayed at many many rental homes, so we have high expectations. This was one of our favorites. Lots of nice touches and everything you could ever need.

Great Space for a Large Group

Beautiful space for a large group. The flow of the house and yard worked well for our annual workplace retreat. Plenty of space in the kitchen to accommodate buffet style meals, enough seating for everyone, comfortable spaces, and fantastic outdoor space for networking and quiet reflection. Also, fantastic parking space for many people unable to carpool. Upon arrival, there was a lovely goodie basket and the house was very clean. The neighborhood is picturesque and quiet. I would highly recommend for both business and personal retreats.

Wonderful kitchen and outdoors. Which the weather was wonderful. Plenty of room for our party. Hot tub was a plus. And the saltwater pool was wonderful at 84 degree temp. Plenty of pool towels. And pool toys. We seen deer and eagles. The grounds are marvelous. Pond and the tree house is added bonus. Would do it sgain.

Summer Chillin'

My boyfriend and I are lucky that our kids get along so well. We enjoy treating them to a small vacation every couple of years. We all get together. Laugh. Play games. Hang out. Party a little. This year, we are fortunate to have a couple grandchildren join us, too. Your lovely home gave us a perfect place to love our family. Thank you.

Pictures don't do it justice!

PLEASE take some new photos to show the absolute amazement that is Laui Pines! None of us could believe how great the property looked, and we were already impressed with the pictures! We used everything in the kitchen...why? Because there was everything available. We swam every day, made fires outside, and just enjoyed the view, the quiet and the company. Thank you!

Amazing Vacation Getaway

This house is an adult and kids paradise. The property is large and provides so many things to do. The backyard play equipment, pool/jacuzzi, loft, BBQ, lounge area, etc., keep everyone entertained all day. The front yard circular driveway is great for kids riding bikes and adult jogging (without leaving home). The layout of the house provides many room options, all with ample nearby or en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and our grandson loved all the kids toys available. So many close by activities as well…golf, restaurants, horseback riding, waterfalls, fishing and the list goes on. We appreciated the very responsive owner. We hope to return again!

Great Family Resort!

This property has everything for a truly relaxed family vacation. First, the pool is definitely the focal point, added to that are the wonderful playground structure and in ground trampoline, plus a low slack line for the very brave. We were able to put down the nappers and continue family fun (we put up a pickle ball nest in the massive driveway.) The large, well stocked kitchen was great to prepare meals for everyone. The icing on the cake was finding kids instruments in the front room in time for family worship on Sunday morning! All the kids are a definitely Yes! on a return next year.

Family Reunion

Home: Awesome. Location: Awesome. This is a five star retreat in every way, except for the pool and the coffee which are both 6 stars! The deep salt water pool was such a hit for the kids and grownups. House and grounds and neighborhood are beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet. Stream and pond are an engineering marvel. Lots of birds for the ornithologist. Hosts are quite responsive.

Awesome! Perfect place for a family to stay and play! No need to go anywhere else!

Wonderful home! Beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly want or need. The girls enjoyed the princess room with all the dress up clothes and the boys loved the learning room with video games, dry erase wall, and thousands of Legos! Although the weather was coolish, everyone enjoyed the heated pool and spa. The wood burning fire pit was perfect for cooking s’mores and large enough to circle with 10-12 chairs for visiting. Great gourmet kitchen with sliding windows to hand food etc onto the patio. Well planned out home. Great inside and outside space for tons of fun!
