Take in the ocean and resort pool while lounging on your own lanai. This ground floor 2 bed, 2 bath condo is just steps away from the ocean. It comes fully equipped for a comfortable stay in paradise. The primary bedroom, featuring a king bed and private bathroom, faces the oceanfront resort pool. You'll find two single beds in the second bedroom (can convert to king on request) and a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for your comfort, and you can grab groceries at the supermarket conveniently located across from the resort entrance.

Ka'anapali Shores offers wonderful amenities, all available to you as our guests. Sorry, but this condo is kind of gross. Smells like mildew, feels dirty and old. Location is ok, it’s hard to go wrong when you’re near the ocean in Maui. Condo is next to the pool so there were people walking by constantly, and the angled ocean view was busy with people. Roach traps under the beds, stain in the bathtub etc. Would not book again, and thankfully we were only there for 2 nights.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear the condo did not meet your expectations. Our oceanfront, ground-floor location is shown clearly in our listing photos and noted in the description. The position provides very easy access to both the ocean and the pool, which many guests enjoy, though we understand that some guests may prefer a more secluded location. Regarding cleanliness, the condo is professionally cleaned and inspected between every stay. Had anything been mentioned during this visit, we would have addressed it right away, but no concerns were brought to our attention. We have not received other reports of mildew or odor, but we will follow up with our housekeeping team to ensure everything is in excellent condition. The traps mentioned are part of a preventative pest management program, which is standard practice in tropical climates like Hawaii. The building receives regular professional pest control treatment and maintenance, and traps are placed discreetly as part of that ongoing preventative care. We appreciate you staying with us and wish you the best in your future travels.

The location of this condo on the property is 5 star! We loved sitting on the lanai with our morning coffee with view of the ocean and Molokai. While here we saw whales right off shore as well as turtles. Unfortunately- we also saw some Maui life forms of the creepy crawly type in the condo- they need to resolve the cockroach problem. There were traps all over the condo but they were not effective. This condo could definitely be 5 star with a little TLC - others that we have stayed in that chose to stock little things they know travelers need- felt more welcoming (chairs are common in other condos) I donated a nice beach umbrella and a new salt and pepper for the kitchen)

The location is amazing. Steps from the pool, steps from the beach, and although on the ground floor, there was very little noise. Had a little trouble with the icemaker, and the owner’s representative remedied the situation immediately. Will definitely stay here again! I have been on Maui many times, and this was the best.

Great Location!

This room was perfect for our family vacation! Right next to the pool and close access to the beach!! We saw turtles, monk seals and a ton of fish right on the beach at the hotel. My 11 year old son rented a fishing pole from the shop at the hotel and caught a bunch of fish right behind the resort. We had a great time and would totally stay here again!

I absolutely love the property. The ground level was literally steps away from the ocean and the pool.There was however, no gym access included. It was an additional charge and there was no ice machine, but you were able to buy a bag of ice across the street at the grocery store I would totally stay here again

Sliding glass doors to the lawn/beach area were extremely hard to open indicating the tracks had not been cleaned for some time. Master bathroom sink would back-up, indicating drain needs to be cleaned out. Towel rack in master bath coming out of the wall. Air vents on the doors containing air conditioning unit/storage room were full of solid dust/debris that my wife had to vacuum (I had to empty the full canister before she could do this). Oh yes, killed 3 cockroaches the first day in the kitchen area. Needless to say, if this ground unit did not have great access to the beach, pool area, I would not have rented unit.

Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was very nice, very clean, we loved how close we were to the ocean, the pool, restaurant and hot tub. The boardwalk was a very short walk from the grounds. Dukes restaurant was a short walk on the boardwalk, sit outside for a meal and watch for whales. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Simone was very responsive.
