This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment (1 king, 2 twins) has a Smart TV, washer and dryer (older but does the trick), full kitchen and a small balcony just off the living room. With a private rooftop and a temperate jacuzzi, you can enjoy the sun in private or at the beautiful pool in the courtyard.

Very central, close to 5th, restaurants, grocery store and fresh markets! Great location! Located on 20 Ave. and Calle 20, this unit is only a few blocks from the beach and famous 5th ave, a block from the market and grocery store and very centrally located.

The complex has a large swimming pool in the courtyard with a kids pool as well.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, bathroom and safe box in the closet. There is a washing machine (a bit older), fully outfitted kitchen and a private rooftop with a temperate water jacuzzi.

The private rooftop has a Jacuzzi, please note it does not have hot water, only temperate water.

OUR GOAL IS NOT TO CHARGE YOU FOR ELECTRICITY, but for you to be cautious and aware. For heavy use of electricity, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 6 pesos (about 30 cents USD) per kWh, from your security deposit. We will provide tips that will greatly reduce usage, if followed. A photo will be taken on checkin and checkout dates. ***

MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity (to take advantage of our "discounted monthly" pricing (the price that shows when you choose more than 28 nights). 6 pesos per kw. We require a larger deposit for monthly renters, this money will be used to pay the electricity at the end of the month/stay. Any balance is returned to the guest.

Within walking distance to everything.

First impressions are everything. Upon arrival we received a welcome letter from Jacqueline of Las Flores Properties checking to ensure that everything was satisfactory. I replied with a list of four minor irritants. Jacqueline replied immediately and promised that my concerns would be corrected within 24 hours. She was true to her word. The property is extremely well maintained. The pool is heated, which I'd say is exceptional for the region. The pool is large and in the center of the courtyard. The courtyard provides both sun & shade. If you want sun you will have it. If you need shade you can find it. The condo came supplied with many basics that we presumed we'd have to buy on our first day. Surprise, there was toilet paper in each washroom. Paper towels and garbage bags in the kitchen. Along with coffee filters, basic spices and bottled water. Jacqueline stayed in contact with us to ensure that our stay was going well. In my opinion Las Flores Properties is the best property management company in PDC

Excellent place at great location

My family, including an 8-year old child, loved this condo, especially due to the swimming pool and location being close to supermarket, restaurants. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and 7 minutes from the Ave 5th. Nice updated condo.

This building is central to everything and the space is bar none in the centro area. The pool was clean and our weekend stay here was great overall.
