This place was everything we could have asked for and more. The AC was a life saver, super clean and beautiful place. Wonderful patio with a view of the rain forest where we could watch the coati and the native birds. Super convenient location, walking distance to dozens of shops, restaurants, and the beach. I would love to come back here soon.

Property has good location. Close to 5th and beach (although with Seaweed issue rooftop pool was a better option). Place was lacking some basic things. For a place that can host 6 people, 3 coffee cups and one trashbag for a week stay was insufficient. Host was very communicative, but not very helpful. Hope she takes the feedback into account to make the next stay smoother.

Well appointed condo that was nicely decorated. The location was great. The patio was great overlooking the trees. The host answered all my questions promptly and was very professional. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. We have stayed in this condo complex four times over the last few years and this was the nicest unit so far.

We had a great stay! The pool was definitely the highlight but the inside did not disappoint either. Three (3) spacious bedrooms with three (3) bathrooms. Everything was clean and the property was lovely. The 24 hour security was a plus!

This is the second year we have rented this place and we totally love it. Convenient to everything, location is amazing. The unit is exactly as described and we loved having a BBQ to do our meals. The staff are very friendly and the other tenants within the building are very welcoming. Many of them have been coming back for years and were very helpful when asking questions. We loved the condo! So much thought was put into furnishing and stocking this place. Bedrooms were comfortable and nicely de orated. The kitchen had a great amount of cooking utensils, glassware and plates. The blender was really great for our margaritas too!

Good place, good location

The unit was as described. The amenities were great, and so was the location. It's right in the middle of everything without it being loud or disruptive in the unit. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.

Great condo in wonderful new building, beautiful pool!

Terrazas 201 is a perfect condo for 6 people/3 couples. The condo had well-appointed living spaces, comfortable beds, an outdoor terrace overlooking the forest, a perfect location off Avenida Quince and a breathtaking pool!

Excellent place, conveniently located near the beach, shopping but in a quiet area at the same time.

The host was in constant communication, making sure instructions were received and were easy to follow - literally step by step from the minute you get out of the elevator. It was nice to sit out in the patio and hear the birds singing, even got to see a couple of spider monkes. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property with a great pool

Property is as advertised. Close to restaurants, shopping etc. The beach is close, but may have weed - best to check conditions. The rooftop pool is a great escape from the hustle and bustle.

OMG - Best Place to Stay

Our vacation at the Terrazas was one of the best ever. The local is perfect to many good restaurants; we spent many hours on the rooftop enjoying the view of the ocean and testing out the lap pool. This condo unit was beautiful each bedroom had their own bath (very important on vacation with family members). The beach was so close we had a hard time staying away. Can't say enough about how great the condo staff. Five Stars all around!

Canadian Getaway

We came for 2 weeks. We have never been to this area of Mexico, i booked not knowing about the area. The write was excellent, everything they said it was. Quick walk to the beach and 5th Avenue. We really enjoyed our stay, condo was excellent, pool was beautiful. My husband wished the hot tub was hotter, but in this hot weather I can see why it’s cooler.

Simply perfect !!!

Best situation in Playa , close to the sea and the center but in a very quiet area great and new building with wonderful swiming pool, the appartment like all the building is very nicely designed and decorated. Nothing is missing and we feel so secure and like at home with so much more space !! It is really worth the price!!! Isabel has been so helpful and such a good adviser.

EVERY aspect of this rental experience was outstanding! Excellent and prompt communication with Angel Host was most appreciated especially their help with airport transportation. The accommodations were fabulous. The unit itself was spotless and well appointed. In addition to the living room a/c, all three bedrooms had its own a/c unit and thermostat (so all three couples had control oftheir own environment). Large balcony that overlooks a jungle. Loved having 24 hour front desk security. The overall location is amazing! Beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping steps from the front door. The rooftop pool is spectacular. Would definitely stay here again and recommend without hesitation!
