-A living room with convertible sofa of 140.
-A fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven, hob).
-A bathroom with walk-in shower accessible for disabled.
- WC.
-A garage that can accommodate bikes or a car, equipped with a washing machine and a large fridge.
