Wooden house comfortable with parking on fenced in quiet village on the edge of a forest but still close to shops and bike paths. Covering an area of ​​43m2 habitable plus a mezzanine of 8m2 and a covered terrace of 12m2 this house has a dining room-kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed (2 places) with tv screen dish and DVD player, free wireless internet, a bedroom with a double bed 160x200, a bathroom with toilet and a loft for sleeping 2 to 3 people. The main room opens onto the covered terrace for comfort in case of rain. A small garden under the pine trees next to the house and allows relaxation in the sun and barbecue grills.
The city of Mathes-La Palmyre offers a multitude of activities and entertainment. Nature is generous here with great beaches, ocean (5km), but also forest for walks, horse or bike
