3BR Chalet with Private Beach and Dock, outdoor shower!

Twin Pines Chalet is only available for weekly rentals from Mid-June to Mid-September.

Set in the heart of Eidelweiss Village this adorable waterfront chalet has long been a favorite destination for White Mountain visitors. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, 2 master bedrooms; (one with a balcony overlooking the water), 3rd bedroom that sleeps 4, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of living space. A private beach with a dock, swim platform, kayaks, and a canoe will keep you busy on the lake! From the private back deck, you can gaze at the pond and watch for loons, herons, and bald eagles.

Inside you'll enjoy all the amenities you would need and then some! New appliances and well-equipped kitchen, with a first-floor master and bath with shower, comfy Living Room with HDTV, gas stove, view of the water, and a slider out to the deck. Upstairs you'll find the 2nd master bedroom with its own balcony and views of the water! The 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. Ample-size full bath upstairs as well.

Head on down to the newly finished basement and you'll find the game room and another living area with seating, TV, Xbox, and a fireplace. Walk right out to the yard and the water from there...Be sure to complete our scavenger hunt for a prize!

For a change of pace, head into North Conway or Bartlett! There are wonderful Village Shops, Storyland, Hiking, Kayaking, Zip-lining, Kahuna Laguna (indoor water park), TAX-FREE Outlet Shopping, Yoga, Events at Schouler Park, North Conway Country Club, Conway Scenic Railroad and SO MUCH MORE. If you want to stay close, bring the boat and launch it in Silver Lake... Madison residents have free parking passes, which we can pass along to you! Also, the Silver Lake Railroad offers train rides by donation, and don't forget to make a reservation at any of the wonderful restaurants in the area, too.

Great stay

Overall great stay. Todd was super responsive to an unfortunate water leak. Great fishing experience with great advice from the owner on where to fish and insider ideas for success. One of the kayaks is equipped for fishing and that was super helpful. Kids aged 17, 14 and 11 had a blast with all the games and the floating dock.

Perfect Lake Getaway!

The property had everything we needed to enjoy a peaceful family week together on the lake. The lake was great for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Our kiddos (10, 7, 2) all had a blast! The cabin had everything we needed to feel comfortable, cook our meals, and connect with each other. The big back yard and outdoor shower were delightful bonuses.

We loved our post-Christmas stay in this cabin! It is spacious, clean, and extremely comfy. There was so much to do around this beautiful house that we had a fantastic time playing games and enjoying the lake view while we got snowed in during our stay. The owner takes good care of the place and every little detail is very thoughtful (we have young kids and traveling has never been this easy). Wish we can come back every year!

Lakeside retreat in the heart of the White Mountains

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week at the Twin Pines Chalet. Although the weather that week was relatively cool and rainy we were able to enjoy the pond for a couple of the days. We took great advantage of the swim platform and we kayaked all over the pond. And the location is a perfect jumping-off point for day trips all over the White Mountains. We even traveled to Portland for a day which is just over an hour away. The house itself was comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and there was plenty of space for me and three kids.

Beautiful lake front home

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and very well appointed. The beach was sandy and clean and there was a sturdy big dock that we sat on every afternoon and evening. The beach didn’t get much sun but the water and dock did. Todd was easy to get in touch with to answer any questions. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful place for family fun

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. We could tell that Todd and his family have worked hard to add updates and special touches. We enjoyed the beautiful lake and several day trips in the area due to the great location. The provided games were very fun and helpful on the rainy days. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for us to prepare our meals easily. We had to postpone this trip from 2020 due to Covid regulations butTodd was so considerate and really seemed to care that we had a great time after the long wait.

Second stay even better

We really enjoyed our stay here once again. The three levels give us plenty of space for our 5 family adult members, and the kayaks got a lot of use! More thoughtful touches have been added, like a well-stocked supply of games, including an Xbox 360, for kids of all ages (though mine are just out of college so we didn't use them). Every convenience is there in a charming package and you will never lack for space for privacy or togetherness as you choose!

Week in July

We had a great experience renting this property. When I had questions before we arrived, Todd was quick to email/call and answer me. It is a perfect summer vacation, with AC inside of the house and a shady beach to spend time on all day. Our family loved going out on the kayaks each afternoon. Todd and Anne provided everything they say on their listing - linens, towels (including beach towels), shampoo, conditioner, etc. We packed most of this because we’ve needed it at previous rentals, but didn’t here. It was a very relaxing week and we hope to be back!

Retreat on the Lake!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at lake house, the accommodations were comfortable and cozy, with a rustic charm that perfectly complemented the lakeside setting. The bedrooms were clean, and the beds were inviting after a day of outdoor activities. The lake house's location was undoubtedly its highlight. Situated right on the lake, the property allowed for easy access to various water-based activities. Whether it was lounging by the private dock, kayaking on the calm waters, or simply taking in the stunning sunsets, there was no shortage of ways to appreciate the natural beauty around us. The lake house came equipped with several amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. The fully stocked kitchen was a welcome feature, enabling us to prepare our meals. A spacious deck provided a great space for outdoor dining and relaxation, complete with a barbecue setup. Overall, the lake house was well-maintained and clean. Just perfect!

What a nice cabin! It is exactly as described and as photos show. It is very relaxing and we had everything we needed and more. We truly felt welcomed and at home. Everything is well explained in the rental agreement so there was very little we had to ask beforehand or while there, however Todd was always available and answered right away if we had any questions, no matter how trivial. We really appreciated his friendliness and care for us. We timed our stay perfectly for the fall colors. We were doubtful when we arrived because everything was pretty green, but each day it changed more and more as if we could literally see the colors change. By our last day a week later, it was spectacular! We could look across the pond and see the reflection of the colorful trees on the water. A must do at that time is to plan a day driving the Kancamagus Highway, it is indescribable, just awesome. We agree it is God's gift before a long winter. Thank you so much Todd and Amy for a wonderful, much needed time with our son and daughter-in-law, and a special couple on the weekend.

Just amazing

From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. This was by far the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. The house was inviting and had everything that we needed to make our trip special. The kitchen had more pots and pans and everything else that we needed. The bedrooms were great and had an amazing view of the lake. The outdoor shower was an wonderful spot to refresh at the end of the night. The lake and beach area was the perfect spot for our two kids to play and create wonderful memories. The kayaks were perfect for patrolling the lake and looking for loons. This house was perfectly located to enjoy all of the White Mountains have to offer. We would love to stay here again!

The perfect getaway

The Twin Pines Chalet had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway in the White Mountains! We felt welcomed right away by our host who called to ensure we had all the information we needed. Once we arrived, we felt so much at home that we didn’t want to leave! Everything was clean, labeled and well taken care of and we appreciated the extra touches like the wood stove and foosball table. It was the perfect place to enjoy the fall foliage, lake and nearby attractions.

Best mini vacation!

We absolutely loved this rental! It was very clean, absolutely beautiful, and literally had everything you could ever potentially need. The hosts were so easy to talk to, very down-to-earth and kind, and they quickly responded every time we reached out. Our kids had a blast with the pond, beach and boats, and we really appreciated how quiet and private it was. They thought the outdoor shower was the best part! My son has been repeating, "I'm missing that red house" since we left. We can't wait to stay again! Thank you to our hosts for the perfect mini vacation spot!

Late summer getaway

The location is perfect. The house is clean, cozy and stocked with anything you could possibly need for your stay. Todd was very responsive and helpful with any issues. Our family which included four adults, one teenager, and three children under the age of ten all fit comfortably. The scavenger hunt was a big hit with our family! The sandy beach and yard is a perfect spot for young and old alike to enjoy the pond. We hope to return in warmer weather. Thanks for sharing your Chalet!

So peaceful!

Twin pines was so peaceful and quiet. We felt like we had the whole pond to ourselves! Kayaking or just floating on the water was great. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. A nice yard to play games and plenty of space inside for our family. A great vacation!!

We currently live in southern NH and have been visiting the Madison area for a many years. We fell in love with the Village District of Eidelweiss after having rented a friends home in the village. We feel so lucky to have the opportunity to own and share Twin Pines Chalet with our visitors. We've tried to create a relaxing and fun family environment for everyone who visits, paying attention to cleanliness, well stocked kitchen and every little detail right down to the cozy comforters, linens and towels. We really hope you enjoy this gem of a home, we want to share this wonderful space so others can enjoy it as much as we do.

We have always dreamed of buying a home on the water and we love the coziness and quaint feel to this home. We waited a long time for the right place to become available and are so excited to be the owners of this gem. We know you'll feel at home, letting your worries slip away as you relax in a quiet, comfortable and clean home.

When you stay here, you'll immediately feel relaxed. Aside from the peaceful setting and water views from 3 levels of the house, it comes equipped with central a/c, 2 fireplaces, Internet/Cable, game room, etc. If you do decide to venture out into the local area, there is so much to do for all ages. Attractions close by include North Conway, the Conway Scenic Railway, several ski resorts, hiking, Saco river, Story Land, outlet shopping, golf, Diana's bath and many more.
