You won't believe how beautiful this unit is with all new wood look tile, granite and a lovely cultured marble tub, tiled kitchen and bath. All work completed 2/2017. This is a home away from home with direct ocean views and a modern renovation. The unit has all new sofas, chairs, and a dining table. We are local and there to help with all your vacation needs. This is a home, not a sterile hotel room!

Room was FULL of BED BUGS. Host refused to cancel our reservation so we could get a full refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I am so sorry that even though I have preventive treatments, pillow and mattress covers, we did indeed have a small case of bed bugs. On your 4th day you called us at 10 am and alerted us to the issues. We had our pest company there within hours. We spent $800 to have everything steamed and took all linens to a high temperature laundry mat. We immediately graciously refunded 100 percent of your stay, sent you $50 for laundry and offered to allow you to stay the remaining two nights after treatment was completed. VRBO should have refunded the rest especially the sales tax and I did call and escalate your case. I have not had this issue in 20 years but we absolutely did everything in our power to resolve things quickly!

Beautiful views, great location!!

The views are gorgeous in this unit and we loved our stay. We had a wonderful quiet stay, the location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do, beach is steps away. The staff are constantly cleaning and maintaining which was great. We will definitely stay here again.

The pictures of this property were beautiful and the view was awesome. Unfortunately, the unit was in need of repair and refurbishing. The electrical outlets were not safe which we reported directly to the owner. The building was old and worn and this was reflected in the unit. It was not clean. We won't be back.

So I reached out to see if you had fun on check out and you said yes. Several days later you reached out and said you were not happy with your stay and listed items. These are things best shared during a stay so they can be addressed as all good hosts aim to do. I had an electrician out as soon as you made me aware there might be some outlet issues. I could of had my cleaner come back if there were issues. The building is not new but the lobby, elevators and pool bathrooms have all recently been updated. Not all buildings can be "new" but our property is unique in that it has a beautiful grassy lawn not found in many other places. Our unit has been totally updated and all the balcony furniture is new. We many guests that have rented from us for 10 years or more and love the service and care we take with our properties. I am sorry you did not give us the chance to provide you with that experience.
