Summary
The home is a traditional Santa Fe style home with amazing views, three beautiful living areas. In addition we have a beautiful courtyard perfect for morning coffee watching the sunrise, and a patio perfect for watching the sunset.

The Kokopelli Santa Fe was most recently owned by an Emmy award winning songwriter. It sits on 2.3 acres overlooking the town of Santa Fe. We're one mile from the infamous Santa Fe square. It is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home, with three large living areas. The newly renovated game room includes a 15 foot projection TV. We have a pool table, ping pong table, 12' shuffleboard table, as well as a digital baby grand piano and two very nice acoustic guitars, bass guitar and cajon for percussion

Kokopelli has an enhanced stereo in the living room, Alexas in the kitchen and formal living room. It has brand new central heat / air conditioning throughout. There are THREE outdoor seating areas, a large kitchen and plenty of space for your family or group.

Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset. Enough bathrooms for 8 women to feel comfortable. Giant TV for watching Oscar nominated movies and the ceremony itself. Home and grounds are large enough to escape noise and nonsense and find a quiet place to read or just relax if you want to be alone. Would definitely love to visit and stay again; perhaps during a different Season.

The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and two small kiddos. Plenty of room to spread out and the game room was a big hit. Easy access to town/ plaza and the ski area. Would definitely rent again. We especially enjoyed the sunset views and then the twinkling lights of Santa Fe from the main living area. The fire pits were wonderful gathering areas, also! Our hosts were easy to communicate with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Can’t say enough great things about the hosts and their house. Excellent communication from booking to check in with several restaurant and things to do recommendations. The spacious layout and great entertaining areas were perfect for our group. And Iast but not least the views from the sitting rooms and patios are second to none. The house is spectacular! Several outdoor seating areas that feature amazing views and sunsets! The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. We stayed in home for a family gathering - 7 women and it far exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely stunning with beautiful southwestern art, exquisite views of Santa Fe and surrounding mountains, and multiple large gathering spaces. A music student reunion spanning 35 years

This spacious home was an excellent location to the Opera and Downtown area. The outdoor area with fire pit and seating was the perfect space for relaxation. Chef Kirstin Griffin provided an outstanding 5 course dinner in the home. The owners were quick to answer questions both before and during our stay. David, the manager, was also very helpful with a Wifi issue.This five bedroom home with a piano was the ideal place for our special memorable experience.

An Amazing Home

This property was fantastic in every way. The home was exactly as described, stocked well for a large group and lots of information provided to make sure our stay was great and we were able to comfortably enjoy the home. There were spaces for our group to find a place to relax alone. The location was very close to downtown but also close to the major roads to explore Taos and Los Alamos. Our group of nine had a wonderful stay over the 2024 Christmas holiday! The house was beautiful and more than accommodated our family. Camelia and I bought Kokopelli Santa Fe in 2017. We are from the Dallas Ft. Worth area. I'm in the technology business and Cam works in the dental field. We both wanted a vacation home we could enjoy away from all the normal pressures of life. Kokopelli is an amazing place to do just that. We've spent a lot of time building the game room with wonderful amenities, new HVAC was installed in 2018. The master bathroom and master bedroom are brand new.

Why they chose this property

This property was previously owned by an Emmy Award winning musician that spent his time here in Santa Fe while he wrote and composed. The property sits above Santa Fe and has amazing views from all sides. Kokopelli Santa Fe is conveniently located to everything. We've invested in the home to create a comfortable and beautiful place to visit.

What makes this property unique

Kokopelli Santa Fe is a one story ranch style home on 2.25 acres. The home has three living areas (two with fireplaces), and amazon echos with unlimited prime music. The home also comes with a karaoke machine, outdoor table & firepit. The home is well appointed, fully stocked with many unique features.
