Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The beds are wonderfully comfortable and everyone slept so well. The living room was comfortable for our family to hang out. The kitchen was great for meal prep. The back terrace was lovely and serene. The fenced yard let our dog join us, and the neighborhood was great for walking. The location is absolutely perfect... GPS said 5 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this stunning home. We will come again!

There's a master bedroom on the lower level, the stairs are very steep. The back yard is lovely and private, however, there's a fireplace, but not allowed to use. Property mgmt was prompt to reply. We would stay again.

We had a girls trip to Santa Fe and this location was perfectly located in close proximity to all of the sights, food, and drinks of Santa Fe. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. Great 3 bed/3 bath set-up and newly updated!

The outdoor space is amazing and my dog loved the grass. Everything in the home is super high end. VRC was great to rent thru - booking was easy, the perfect amount of communication and the house was super clean. Stop looking and book this house. You won’t be disappointed.I can’t wait to rent the home again.

The yard and gardens were lovely and serene, it's very apparent that somebody carefully planned it all. We appreciated the wonderful photography in the home and all the special touches that made us feel at home. Our granddaughter loved the downstairs apartment! Enough that she didn't want to leave. We walked into town, met neighbors while walking and enjoyed everything! We would highly recommend your home. Well equipped and good property for four people

Very nice home and well appointed and supplied. Only suggestions: Railings on outside steps; try to improve inside steps; provide local television channels; fix electrical outlets on counter downstairs; possibly replacing the king bed downstairs with a queen bed to give some space on the sides.
