A great stay. I would recommend car hire if you have small children, roads to Arenal are busy. Uber was a good option for us. Villa pool was great space with plenty of room to relax.

Fantastic villa and perfect for our family holiday. Amazing location and Danny and the team leave the villa immaculate and are always on hand for any advice. I couldn’t recommend this highly enough. Absolutely stunning and will definitely return. Great local bars and restaurants our 22-27 year olds were very happy and could walk into town for evening entertainment. Just perfect.

Fantastic villa for our multi generational group of 12. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable king sized beds, plenty of seating areas for lounging and eating in much needed shade. Aldi short walk down the hill for fresh bread each morning and short drive to arenal beach and Oasis restaurant walking distance for great meals. Large pool with plenty of sun beds for everyone and Danny the villa manager was on hand for any information needed. Couldn’t fault it and hope to visit again soon.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time staying in the villa and we made use of the outside BBQ and seating area often. There was plenty of space for 3 families and the pool area was beautiful, we loved every minute!

Amazing villa! Literally everything you need and more. A nice flat easy walk to the Arenal. Amenities super close by and some nice restaurants nearby. It’s not overlooked and very spacious! Great outdoor facilities BBQ dartboard ping pong and pool table outdoor kitchen heated pool and great communication with host. Would highly recommend !

Great villa and stay

Its a beautiful villa and we had an amazing time. Cleaners turning up at 8.40 on the check out day was a little annoying, but otherwise would recommend a great place.

Perfect Venue

We had such a great time, the villa is set up perfectly to accommodate large family groups with the two separate apartments on the lower floor. The pool and entertaining areas are amazing and it is close to some wonderful restaurants (Oasis and Cafe Flo), both recommendations of Danny - the property manager.

Fabulous Stay

We stayed for a week in June with a group of friends to celebrate my wife's 50th. We had an amazing week, the villa is beautiful and has everything you need. Pool is as good as the photos. Danny the property manager is really helpful too.

We had the most amazing stay at your villa it was beautiful, clean Spacious and well equipped. Danny was a great host and available if required! The villa is situated on a hill which was a bit tricky for my elderly parents however we got the 1taxi app and for 6-7 they was able to easily get into the resort and back the aldi and Consum supermarkets are easy distances and have all you need! There are lots of lovely local restaurants on the beach and oasis very nearby was also great! Checking in and out very easy and little touches like the bubbly and hamper was a great thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful property

This stylish property has everything you will need for a fantastic holiday. Just come home from our 3rd visit. The pool is amazing and the accommodation has a really good room arrangement for extended family or friends. It also provides several outside eating areas which really works if it decides to rain! The lovely beach being in walking distance is a bonus too. Danny who looks after the Villa is a diamond. Will definitely return :))

Lovely villa in a perfect location

The villa had every thing you'll need for a lovely relaxing holiday. The huge pool was one of the biggest and best we've had and was at a perfect temperature for swimming at any time of the day or evening. Good communication from owner and local management team. Good internet and TV connection. Peaceful with great sea views . Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic holiday

Property was fantastic and fabulous views. Property had everything you could want very home from home. Had little areas in property if you wanted some time on your own. Kids loved the pool, darts and pool table and so did the adults. Up a steep hill but we managed without a car. Danny on hand if we needed him and so helpful. Will be booking again. Great house for our family of 3 couples and a family of 4 (two young children). Lots of room. Lovely pool area. Great BBQ facilities. We all loved the Pool table, darts and table tennis. Aldi was 5 mins walk for all our groceries. We didn’t have a car but taxis to town and beach were only 7. You’ll not get a cleaner, quieter house. Excellent holiday.

Luxury villa in Javea

Stayed 27.5 - 3.6.23: This substantial villa is beautiful and spotless; perfect accommodation for our family of 8 including 3 teenagers. The grounds and pool with spacious surround are excellent with plenty of outdoor entertainment on hand to keep us all happy. Location and views from the villa are first class; Javea beach and resort are superb too. Contact with the owner and manager at the property was most helpful and seamless. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa, which can sleep at least 12, for a wonderful holiday with supermarkets and good restaurants easily accessible.

Exceptional

Yes this villa is exceptional. The description is spot on. We were not disappointed. Danny made us feel very welcome. The outside is wonderful with fabulous pool area and lots of comfortable areas to eat or relax in. We all enjoyed playing darts, table tennis and Poole. Shopping was easy with big supermarkets within walking distance. The walk to the beach was a little hairy with our little ones but parking was free and abundant. The villa was spotless and decor of a high standard. We loved every minute of our stay.

Wonderful villa

The villa is lovely. Lots of living space so as a large family, you still have space away from others if you wish. Outdoor spaces are great too with a few different seating areas. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The villa is on a hill and so we used taxis to get to the beach, restaurants etc. Some family members did walk it but it was nice to have taxis in the heat.
