Hello and welcome to our vacation home. We want you to have an awesome visit to our condo that looks right into the ball park! Enjoy an easy walk to the seaport, convention center, or Gas Lamp district dining. Everything is nearby. It's a 10 minute drive to Corondo Island and its fabulous Silver Strand beaches. The landmark San Diego pubic library is right next door.

The roof of our building is an elevator ride away. It has an incredible lounge area and full view right down into the ball park. There is no other building in town that has a rooftop as cool as ours. Watch baseball games, concerts, or any event at Petco Park from it. The panoramic City views are spectacular.
The building was completed in 2007. We recently invested in a complete remodel in March of 2018. You can see in the pictures that we went all in and spared no expense in doing the job right. We were meticulous with every detail.

The kitchen contains a brand-new quartz counter-top with water fall edge to the floor and walnut veneer on the back side. It is built with an overhang where bar stools are tucked under. It is an extremely large cooking and dining surface. It has a deep single compartment sink with pull out faucet and disposal. The cabinetry has sleek modern look. The walnut veneer faces easily pull open from the top edges without handles for a sleek feel. The cabinets have soft closers and are fully stocked with everything you may need during your stay and have ample room for perishable food storage. The range and cook-top are new and both are natural gas fired. A custom mosaic back splash ties the kitchen together. The refrigerator has a filtered water spout.

The living room has fully automatic roller shades that operate at the push of a button (amazing!). It has a 75" 4k smart TV with voice activated control (push the button and say "ESPN" or any channel and it goes there). Cable and wi-fi are fully functional. It has a post-modern dining table with four chairs, and you can pull the bar stools over to seat up to eight. There is enough silver and glassware to serve eight. The bedrooms have new beds, mattresses, and linens. The master bedroom has a 55" 4k TV.

The view is the most valuable attribute of the unit. You can see the ocean and the Coronado bridge to the south, and straight into Petco Park to the west. You can see the ball park scoreboard in full unobstructed view. The unit is on the 7th floor. Looking down you see the rooftop pool of the neighboring fitness center. This is the most desirable corner of one of the most spectacular buildings in all of San Diego. It has an amazing courtyard, a theater room, a common lounge room, fitness center, and the previously mentioned roof top is priceless.

Our unit has two parking spots (tandem) and an optional storage room for an additional fee if needed.

Great condo in the heart of San Diego

The pictures are exactly what it looks like - in fact it's even more beautiful in person. It's a corner unit so there is plenty of light. The condo is in a great location - the Gaslamp quarter is just up the street and the trolley stop is a few blocks away. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. It is stocked with everything you could need and is very clean and comfortable. The view from the roof is amazing. Heather responded very quickly and was a very attentive host. We would stay here again without question.

Wow! Talk about a fantastic place to stay! We booked this condo for an anniversary trip to explore San Diego and it did not disappoint! It's a beautiful, modern and very clean condo. The location can't be beat, as it's within walking distance to so many things! We even walked all the way to "Little Italy" for lunch. The owner, John, and property manager, Heather, were both great to deal with. Very efficient and very helpful. The condo has fantastic views of both Petco Stadium (go Padres!) and a slice of the waterfront in a beautiful, secure building. The unit has everything you could possibly need and more. We rented a car and had our own parking space in the building's gated garage as well. The rooftop deck is a hidden surprise with spectacular views and ample space to lounge, soak up the sun, read and relax with a beverage! We could go on and on but will simply say, we loved our stay here. We hope to come back again! It's truly an amazing place which exceeded our expectations! Thank you John, and thank you Heather! This is an amazing property in a great location.

The unit itself was exactly as described. The common area on the 25th floor has one of the most breathtaking views in the Downtown area. Extremely easy access to the S.D. Trolley, freeways, Gaslamp District, Coronado, Balboa Park and everything else you'd ever need and we enjoyed it all. We'd schedule another visit immediately if we could. John and Heather made it all very easy.

Beautiful and comfortable condo!

My husband and I spent January 2019 in John's condo. It was simply beautiful! All amenities were top notch. Also, it was spotless - very clean!!! The kitchen was well supplied, bathrooms included toiletries which was really a nice touch. We usually bring our own supplies, but it was nice to have things available if we needed them. The bedrooms were a good size and beds were very comfortable. Our grandkids visited a few nights and we used the air mattress. It was so easy to set up and the kids loved it. It was great to have a King Bed in the master!! I really can't say enough about the condo! The building itself is very secure with 24 hour security. Residents were very friendly. The east village location was very vibrant. We loved the neighborhood. Tons of restaurants nearby and always a lot of foot traffic around the neighborhood. Noise was never an issue. In fact, it was very quiet. Even during Monster Jam, we had no issue with noise. We walked everywhere (even to get groceries), or took public transportation - it's very easy in San Diego. There is parking available with the apartment if you choose to have a car. John was a great host and easy to work with. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Our family stayed for just over a month, and loved every minute! The unit is immaculate, and the building staff and other residents are friendly and welcoming. Rooftop ballgames and grills are as good as the photos look. John and Heather are accommodating and easy to work with. Perfect location: close to Gaslamp action and Petco activities, with easy freeway access to beaches and other attractions.

Great property with great owners/managers!

We spent a fun 10 days in this beautiful condominium and loved every minute. The location is in the heart of the action - during game days it is particularly vibrant. So much fun to walk to all downtown has to offer. This is also a much better option than a hotel if attending a function at the convention center. The furnishings and décor are outstanding - the parking spaces also are great, particularly when considering the location of the property. The owners were incredibly nice and helpful. Finally, the building was surprisingly quiet at night, unlike previous experiences I have had in downtown NYC and other areas! We have only good things to say.

Its completely remodeled from top to bottom, everything in the unit from the paint to the flooring is new. The kitchen is very modern, light and bring. The best part of this property is the view into Petco Park. There's nothing like it! :)

The roof top stadium that all guest have full access too. You can see everything in downtown and Coronado on a clear day. You can also BBQ on the roof and watch concerns, monster trucks and or Padre games.
