Private saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and large outdoor garden areas with chairs for sunning, relaxing, grilling, and dining. Kitchenette on the ground floor with a full-sized fridge to support outdoor dining under the pergola. Location is everything! Walk or bike on the beach path to your favorite restaurants, ice cream parlors, pickleball, grocery store, antique mall, YMCA, a children's play park, carpet golf, and art gallery. Jockey's Ridge and the outlet malls are only a few miles away, and if you like fishing, golf, and water sports, you'll find access to them nearby. This home is spacious, sparklingly clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable, equipped with wifi and 6 TVs. Linens are furnished—five bedrooms, 5 baths, and outdoor showers. Health and safety are a priority! Books Saturday-Saturday. Minimum stay is 7 days; Ask about a discount for 28 consecutive days

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please place soiled linens in bags provided. Leave quilts on the bedroom floor and shams on the pillows. Please leave the linen bags on the 2nd floor, either in the hallway or bedrooms.

If you have moved outdoor furnishings, please return them to their original places. Do not move beds or indoor furnishings, except for the large pull-out couch that you must move back to open.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The Rules and Regulations are in the Rental Agreement attachment. Please review and prepare to sign a copy and return it to the owner at check in.

Why they chose this property

Location is everything! At least 4 restaurants the locals love are within walking distance. Also, you can walk to a fishing pier, carpet golf, 2 ice cream parlors, great little shops and bakery, 2 breakfast bars, and within a mile, fresh-caught seafood with shrimp and crab steaming options. A park is a block away with pickleball, morning yoga, evening concerts, farmers market, and craft shows all within a short walk! A lifeguard is at the beach access, too.
