Welcome to your relaxing Ocean Isle Beach family retreat in the desirable Summer Place community. This beautifully updated, open-concept beach house comfortably sleeps 10 and is just a short walk to the beach, with the community pool located only 10 houses away.

Perfect for family vacations, multi-family stays, and peaceful coastal getaways.

My husband and I have been staying at the Carolina beaches for over 40 years. This was one of the nicest and best equipped places we have stayed at. We will be back. The only caveat was the beaches were very crowded. Could be the location or maybe just a lot of vacationers

Great small vacation

Property is beautiful and so close to the beach. My wife and I enjoyed the Sunset Beach race while my in-laws enjoyed the beach and everything this property has to offer. We will definitely be visiting again!

Great place, great location.

We absolutely loved our stay. Really close to the pool and the beach. The house was clean and well stocked. The decor throughout the house was super cute. Plenty of space for our family of 9. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great as well.

Wonderful stay’

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The kitchen had every gadget imaginable and was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. the rooms were very clean and the house size was perfect for 3 couples and two children! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Kim & Chris's home. Kim is an excellent host, she answered all my questions (I asked a lot) very quickly. The house was very clean upon arrival. You can tell a lot of thought was put into furnishing the house, well stocked kitchen, nice bedding and looks to be recently updated as well. A really nice touch was that they provided beach chairs and boogie boards so we didn't have to bring our own!! We will be renting this home again next year.

Nice stay, just the right size and didn’t have to bring chairs and such for the beach. Pool was right around the corner and beach right across the street, or like we had a golf cart the access for cart parking was only about 3 blocks down

Amazing Get Away

Great week at the beach

Great House!

Wonderful house! The house is beautiful with a well stocked kitchen, great games and tons of books. We were very impressed with the beach gear. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon to take it all to the beach. Thanks for an amazing trip!
