Appartement agréable et fonctionnel

L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel, lumineux, bien equipé et bien situé à 2 pas d'un arrêt de bus et des commerces. Irene est très sympathique.

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel. Parking très appréciable et commerces à proximité. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Lors de mes prochaines visites dans la région nantaise, je n'hésiterai pas à la recontacter. A recommander ++++

Une bonne adresse!

Un appartement très correct à proximité de nantes et des grands axes. Une bonne adresse pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la région! Le parking est un vrai plus, les comuns sont très propres, et l'appartement est lumineux, spacieux, trés propre et chaleureux. La petite terrasse est un réel plus pour profiter d'un bon petit déjeuner en extérieur. L'accueil y est vraiment très bon.

Super: Cosy, de standing

Description de la location & de sa situation trés précise! L'appartement était propre et bien entretenu! Notre hôte nous a donné d'excellents conseils... Le logement est situé à proximité de la place de la paix avec tous les commerces de proximité ( brasserie, pizzeria, crêperie, pharmacies, banques, super U, bureaux de tabac etc.) et surtout proche du Zénith & d'Atlantis! J'y retournerai les yeux fermés et recommande cette location sans hésiter ;-)

Appartement neuf, confortable et très bien équipé. Parking très appréciable. Pratique pour un court séjour à Saint-Herblain.

Très agréable séjour

Appartement très agréable, lumineux, fonctionnel, très propre et très bien aménagé, avec une terrasse et une place de parking en sous sol. Idéalement situé proche de Nantes et "coté mer" (accès rapide à Pornic), ainsi que tout proche d'un petit centre commercial avec boulangerie, superette, divers commerçants à 2 min à pieds. Immeuble et quartier calme. La propriétaire m'a communiqué toutes les informations dont j'avais besoin avant d'arriver par mail et téléphone, puis sur place. Elle est très à l'écoute. J'ai passé un très agréable séjour. Merci beaucoup
