Emily was on time to meet us and explain everything, the process was easy. Location was great, 5 minutes max to machines and 15-20 minutes to place Bouffay. Only negative was water damage corner of bathroom and bedroom. One suggestion would be providing anti slip bath tub 'carpet' the bottom of the tub was slippery. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable with modern furniture and new equipment. The bed was very comfortable! (I wish we had the same in our house!) The shower provided lovely HOT water! The apartment is perfectly situated for visiting the wonderful 'Machines of the Isle' (just 5mins walk away) and for access to town, bars, restaurants, etc. Trams and buses are just across the bridge next to the apartment block. You don't need a car to get around. We parked our car in the underground garage next door and left it there for the duration of our stay. HOWEVER! There is an enormous amount of roadworks currently in progress in Nantes centre to create even better public transport links. These works are due to be finished at the end of 2027, and then getting around should be a breeze! If you are ok walking, you can walk to the old town with all the bars, restaurants, etc in 20mins. If you bring your bikes, Nantes is perfect for cycling. We had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend the apartment to friends.Note: Just a couple of very minor things to pick up on. The apartment is perfect in every way, It just needs a few items to improve it. 1) A lid for the teapot. (Very important for Brits!) 2) Some larger mugs for tea or coffee, and 3) Some coasters to protect the furniture from hot or cold drinks. Other than those small things, it was great! Thank you! The lockbox for the key is in a laundrette on the other side of the river, nearly a ten minutes’ walk away. The apartment wasn’t entirely clean. But it was nice and cool and not too far from the centre.

J'ai passé un super séjour L'appartement est propre, tout est parfait, cuisine, salon, salle de bain et la chambre très agréable. Le First Appartement idéalement placé. Le parking est fort appréciable. Un bémol pour le canapé qui a déjà trop vécu. L’assise est désagréable. Il a besoin d’être remplacé. La literie de la chambre est par contre de très bonne qualité. Nous conseillons cet appartement.

Le First "Visita a familia SUPER agradable 🙂 El apartamento es perfecto para una estancia de varios días. Dispone de todo lo necesario, tanto en el ámbito de mobiliario y ropa, como de utensilios y menaje de cocina. La ubicación es muy buena, tanto si se quiere visitar la isla, como si quieres visitar la zona central de la ciudad. El poseer plaza de aparcamiento dentro del edificio es muy importante y muy cómodo. Volveremos sin duda. 🙁 La TV es pequeña para la zona de salón (no fue importante pata nuestra estancia). El sofá cama, no es muy cómodo ni como sofá ni como cama, no lo necesitamos pero lo abrimos para probar... Un día (sábado) tuvimos un problema con el aparcamiento, ya que otro vehículo aparcó en la plaza que teníamos asignada, hablamos con la persona que nos dio las llaves y nos comentó que no podía hacer nada hasta el lunes que abrieran la agencia....., tuvimos que dejar el coche fuera. Afortunadamente al día siguiente había ""desaparecido"" el coche y pudimos ocupar dicha plaza. Otro pequeño problema surgió al día siguiente de nuestra salida ya que la agencia no encontraba uno de los dos juegos de llaves que nos entregaron. Nosotros devolvimos los dos juegos en el buzón que nos habían asignado. A los dos días aparecieron en otro buzón cercano (probablemente había un hueco entre los dos buzones. Esto no hubiera sido un problema a comentar si no nos hubieran hecho un cargo preventivo de 200 €, como fianza por si no aparecían las llaves. Este tema nos incomodó mucho ya que estábamos seguro de la devolución de las llaves, si tiene algún problema con el buzón, lo debe de solucionar la agencia y en su caso mandar a alguna persona a recoger las llaves para garantizar su entrega."

Le First Ce logement correspondait parfaitement à mes attentes et à l'annonce. Idéalement placé sur l'Île de Nantes, on est à uniquement quelques minutes à pieds du centre-ville, et proche des transports en commun. Pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter l'Île des Machines, c'est vraiment à quelques pas. Le logement correspond aux photos, la résidence est sécurisée et le parking est très bien. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour!

Le First "Très satisfait de notre séjour, l’appartement est extrêmement bien situé à deux pas des machines de l’île de Nantes et a 5 min du tramway et le quartier est sympathique et calme. La place de parking privée est très appréciable, la résidence est sécurisé et moderne. L’appartement est meublé avec goût et bien équipé, (Manque deux trois accessoires de cuisine à mon goût ). La literie de la chambre est très confortable, seul bémol le canapé lit lui n’est vraiment pas confortable ,et le passage des avions à proximité est dérangeant la nuit sinon rien à redire. Concernant l’accueil c’était parfait l’arrivée c’est très bien passé, communication parfaite et personnel très sympathique. Le logement était propre et bien rangé. Nous n’hésiterons pas à retourner la bas lors d’un éventuel passage à Nantes. Merci. Cordialement Anthony, Cyrielle & Augustin."
