Quiet countryside stay

The property is rustic but comfortable and had all we needed. It would be great for large family or group. The fenced yard was added bonus as our dogs loved to stay outside. It was a good base for seeing several sights.

Märchenhaft schmutzige Unterkunft

Die vielen negative Aspekte waren sehr viel eindrücklicher als die Positiven: Bei den Ankunft wurden wir vom Vermieter überrumpelt und mussten wir € 90 in bar an den Vermieter zahlen: € 20 für eine "Kurtaxe" und € 70 für unseren 2. Hund, den wir aber bei der Buchung angemeldet hatten und für den wir bereits vor Reiseantritt gezahlt hatten. Das gesamte Haus war sehr schmutzig (überall Staub, Spinnenweben, eklig verdrecktes Bad, dreckige Vorleger usw.), und der Vermieter wies einen Tag vor Abreise ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass wir das Haus zu putzen hätten. Das war wirklich eine Frechheit. Die 9,2 Sterne Bewertung ist völlig unangemessen.

Sometimes I just can't believe what kind of guests there are. Eva and her husband brought another son - for which I did not complicate or charge. I explained that the fee was paid for one dog and not for the other - that's why there was an extra charge. In the description of the house, I have written and confirmed that the guests clean the house when they leave. Eva and the partner did not leave the garbage where it was agreed. Every guest pays tourist tax and I don't understand why the fuss about it. Dear guests, please read before booking. I always prepare welcome food for guests - I rely on guests who like to come to the fairytale house. and Eva's rating of 9.2 is from Booking... All the best and next time book somewhere in the city because you don't feel well in nature

Geniale Lage cool fuer Hundebesitzer, aber nix für Sauberkeitsfans

Sehr netter Vermieter, der die nicht so ganz saubere, etwas verbrauche Bude mit viel Charme wettmachen will. Achtung wir haben pro Hund und Tag bezahlt, war nicht so in der Annonce, es sollte stehen, Hunde gegen Aufpreis pro Hund und Tag!

Perfect spot near Ljubljana

The wooden fairytale house nearby a little forest is the perfect place if you're seeking a peaceful and quiet accomodation with no neighbours. The treehouse is a gem! And Maki a really nice and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay and the cave nearby is also worth a visit. We'll come and visit again for sure.

Auf Bärenjagd

Der Vermieter ist mehr als auf Zack und macht bei Nachfrage viele Dinge möglich (Sonderführung Tropfsteinhöhle Županova Jama, etc.). Auch mit gute Tipps für Ausflüge hat Matjaz nicht gespart. Lediglich das Biertrinker muss er noch etwas trainieren. ;) Ansonsten hat das Häuschen eine schöne, ruhige und abgeschiedene Lage inkl. abenteuerlichem Baumhaus. Wenn der Pool und die Seilrutsche noch kommen wirds Bombe.

Außergewöhnliche Gemütlichkeit bei Freunden

Das Haus ist phantastisch!!! Die Empore mit den drei Schlafmöglichkeiten, die gemütliche Küche, der gußeiserne Ofen, der wunderschöne Garten, der Whirlpool im Badezimmer und das unfassbar außergewöhnliche Baumhaus... freistehend im Grünen außerhalb von Grosuplje, aber nur 25 km von der Hauptstadt Ljubljana entfernt (perfekt für Tagesausflüge)... zudem ist Matjaz ein überragender Mensch, der immer Tipps und Hilfestellungen parat hat... und für uns in diesem Urlaub zum Freund geworden ist! Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen mit ihm, sowohl in Deutschland als auch im FAIRYTALE WOODEN HOUSE!!!

Ein märchenhaftes Haus in absoluter Stille

Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man keine hohe Ansprüche auf Sauberkeit hat. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und setzt sich sehr ein, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Auch für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung ist gesorgt. Dank des guten Engagements des Vermieters, kann man sehr viel zu sehen bekommen. Würde es immer wieder buchen!!!

If you are looking for some peaceful and quiet location we are the right choice. Get away from industrial world and wake up with singing birds. House is located next to forest and only 18 minutes from capital Ljubljana. High-speed internet . House will accommodate larger groups up to 10 guests.
We do not accept just one person.Regarding your expectations please note that you will be surrounded by forest and fields. Rent is valid for the whole house. Pet fee is not included in the price. When guest check out need to clean the house (or pay 100 eur)

Alone in the nature only 18 minutes to Ljubljana. The best spot to discove Slovenia all around. To the sea side 1,5 hour to the mountain 1 h. To see some nice spots its all just 30 minutes away. The house is located in the center of Slovenia
