Three terraces with great relaxation area around the pool. Large living room and spacious fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms for eight people maximun, two bathrooms, two toilets.
Located 800 meters from the beach st pabu and four kilometers from the center of erquy, shops and the fishing port.

Fabulous location, just a short walk to a beautiful clean beach. Very peaceful. The pool was lovely and perfect temperature. The house had everything we needed. Claude met us on arrival and was very helpful and friendly.

Perfect relaxed holiday home

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this fantastic house with all the amenities we wanted inc pool to chill in. Perfect distance from numerous towns & beaches and easy to reach from St Malo ferry. Claude was very welcoming and on hand for any issues we might have had (though we had none). All up - brilliant!

Magnificent property - an oasis of calm

We had a wonderful two weeks at Claude's property in August 2022. Claude himself was extremely welcoming on our arrival, patiently showing us around the property with the exciting children dashing about. He was contactable by mobile in the case of any issue (there were no issues). The property is not only spacious - but the decoration was exquisite, with attention to detail. The downstairs was a lovely space, with ample kitchen and dining area, as well as a chill zone with a comfortable sofa and chairs to watch television or relax. The fridge/freezer was very capacious, and also had a chilled water/ice cube dispenser, much used in the very hot weather! There was good wifi- both indoor and outdoor wifi provided, and usb charging stations for mobile phones etc. The bathrooms were very clean and showers excellent pressure. We liked the fact that the five towels provided were different colours so you could tell whose was whose. The bedrooms were comfortable and shutters so effective that we frequently slept in. This property is a short walk from a lovely beach (Plage de Saint Pabu). There is also lots of parking if you need to take the car with body boards, equipment etc. The location also suited us very well as it was so close to Erquy, Val Andre and Sable d'Or Les Pins, which are all favourites of ours. We discovered the Cap d'Erquy this year, with some amazing walks and beach, which is also a short drive away. We can't finish the review without mentioning the goats and chickens! Our youngest delighted in collecting the eggs each day, and as a family we all enjoyed collected dandelion leaves etc to feed to the livestock. The two goats and a sheep were real characters, with very strong personalities that were a delight to watch - it added to a very memorable holiday. The outside space is very nicely arranged: areas to relax and read with a drink, and of course the swimming pool. We swam every day and the children spent hours in the pool with inflatables (some kindly provided by Claude). It was an ideal pool for our youngest who is just beginning to swim, yet also a great pool for our teen to relax in. In summary, it looked almost too good to be true on the website, but it surpassed all our expectations. We would wholeheartedly recommend a stay at this property.

Séjour parfait. Maison disposant de tout le confort souhaitable. Spacieuse. Très agréable. Des tables et chaises partout pour s'installer dans le jardin, à l'abri si nécessaire. Une très belle plage à 15 minutes à pied. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais il y a la mer. Bref, rien à dire. C'est vrai qu'il faut une voiture. La région est magnifique.

Wunderschöne Ferien

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Platz. Jedes der vier Schlafzimmer ist liebevoll und harmonisch eingerichtet mit ausreichend Stauraum für die die Kleidung. Das Bad ist groß, sauber und gepflegt. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen und Fernsehschauen ein. Das absolute Highlight ist die große Küche mit dem großen Esstisch. Es ist alles vorhanden und es mangelt an nichts. Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und mit Liebe gestaltet. Der schöne Tisch, die Tapeten, die schönen Bilder. Hier passt alles zusammen. Der Außenbereich ist auch schön angelegt und gepflegt. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten. Man kann grillen und am überdachten Tisch essen. Der beheizte Pool ist ausreichend groß. Eine fantastische Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus!

Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und dennoch ruhig und entspannt. Der Pool ist ein absoluter Traum und wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Das Haus selbst ist modern, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders gut hat uns die große Terrasse gefallen, auf der wir jeden Abend gemütlich den Tag ausklingen lassen konnten. Der Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!"

Top Ferienhaus

Ein insgesamt tolles Haus mit viel Platz, Pool, vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Aussenbereich, überdachter Sitzecke,, Plancha, Boulefeld, ein paar Hühnern ,liebevoll eingerichtet. Super netter Vermieter. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, ideal gelegen für Ausflüge. WLAN innen und außen.

Wunderbares Haus, tolle Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön, besonders die untere Etage ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren 8 Personen, 4 Erwachsene und 4 Teenager 14-18 Jahre alt. Der Pool ist beheizt und überraschend groß, auf den Fotos sah er kleiner aus. Zum wunderschönen Strand ist es nur ca. 10 Min. Fußweg. Schöne Wanderwege und Fahrradwege in der Nähe. Zu den Supermärkte sind es nur 5 Min. mit dem Auto oder 15-20 Min. mit dem Fahrrad. Insgesamt hat uns die Gegend und die Lage des Hauses sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war stehts unkompliziert.

Gezellig huis

De ligging van het huis is rustig en goed ten opzichte van omliggende plaatsen en stranden. Het is gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. We waren blij met het verwarmde zwembad, waar de kinderen lekker in gezwommen hebben. Claude is een vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar.

Tolle und ruhige Lage, schönes Haus

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern und einem Hund wunderschöne zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht! Der beheizte Pool ist super und wurde jeden Tag von uns mit viel Freude benutzt. Zum Meer sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Unseren Kindern (9 und 5 Jahre) haben besonders die Tiere (Hühner, ein Schaf und zwei Ziegen) auf dem Grundstück gefallen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und sowohl im Haus, als auch auf dem Grundstück hat man viel Platz. Wir hätten keinen schöneren Urlaub haben können. Vielen Dank!

Maison sympa et au calme, mais méritant une bonne reprise en main

Belle maison, au calme, fonctionnelle mais mal entretenue. Propriétaire sympathique mais des manquements a ce niveau de prix : gîte sale, un placard cassé, une chambre sans volet ni rideau, une cocotte minute cassée, pas beaucoup de vaisselle pour un gîte de 8 personnes. Extérieur très sympa, piscine chouette pour les enfants, belle plancha. Dommage que les apéros en soirée soient fréquemment gâchés par l'odeur des boucs situés dans l'enclos a 15m de la maison.

Heerlijk verblijf in Bretagne

Wij hebben met de familie super fijn verblijf gehad in Erquy. Veel ruimte in en buiten het huis, fijn verwarmd zwembad. Goede plek voor strand, wandelingen, plaatsjes bezoeken en natuurlijk uit eten gaan. Kortom fijne gezinsvakantie

Maison et propriétaire :parfaits !

Tout est réuni pour passer de superbes vacances , au calme , et dans un environnement d'exception . Accueil très chaleureux et présence discrète et efficace de Mr Souillard , durant notre séjour . Très belle maison et hôte très accueillant

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Claude. La maison est parfaite pour des vacances en famille et très bien située. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine, le grand terrain à proximité et les surprises dans le jardin!

Sehr gemütliches und großzügiges Haus mit toller Pool-Terrasse

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Tolle ruhige Lage, mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Zimmer, großzügiger Wohn-Küchenbereich, sehr netter Vermieter und die Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft. Dort kann man wunderbar entspannen, während die Kinder im Pool toben. Da ist eher die Gefahr, dass man faul wird und einmal zu wenig zum schönen Strand läuft, obwohl er nur ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist.
