RV/Boat Parking! Walk Dwntown, Explore Lake Powell & Antelope Canyon!
Within walking distance of downtown Page and minutes away from Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon, this 1700 sq. ft. property has everything to make your stay memorable! This fully air conditioned/heated home will be sure to keep you cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and completely comfortable for the months in-between. New linens and furnishings throughout. Netflix, DVD/Blu-Ray player, & Free Wifi. Fully stocked kitchen, including pots/pans, utensils, dishware, coffee maker, blender, toaster, waffle maker, ice maker, microwave, crock pot, general spices, and more. A BBQ grill on the back patio, family friendly board games, a high chair, fold-able beach chairs, and beach towels are all available. Bedroom #1 has one queen bed, Bedroom #2 has one queen bed, & Bedroom #3 has one king bed, as well as a bathroom. New Mattresses in Bedroom #1 & #2. There are also blackout curtains and ceiling fans in all rooms to help ensure a comfortable stay. A queen-sized air bed, and two twin-sized air beds, are also available if needed. A family room-dining room combo located right off of the kitchen, a separate living room to unwind, and an additional bathroom, round out this cozy home!
Exterior of home: The front exterior has a patio for guests to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or relax and visit after a long day exploring Page and the surrounding area.
The Back exterior has a patio as well, with a dining set that can accommodate 6 people. There are also additional chairs if needed. Also, the backyard has a firepit where guests can relax and make smores or sit around and visit and enjoy one another's company.
PLEASE NOTE: Access is to the entire home excluding the garage.
(Parking: A paved driveway that will accommodate a boat/RV or 3 vehicles, as well as an unpaved driveway that will accommodate an additional 2 vehicles.)
