Centrally Located 4 Bdrm Home

This 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath home is located in a quite and safe neighborhood just minutes from the UT campus. Fully remodeled in 2015 this split level home features an open floor plan living/kitchen area with french doors opening to a large back patio. The house has a master suite with en suite facilities on the third floor along with two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The 4th bedroom is located in the basement with two twin beds and a 1/2 bath. Cable and wifi provided. Open to corporate or longer term rentals. Sleeps 8 people comfortably.

Yes it was, equipped with everything needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Outdoor gas grill, and a charcoal smoker are available. Ample utensils. pots, pans, plates, etc.

This was my first time using Vrbo and it was an easy process. The property was exactly as pictured. Very easy to access the downtown area. It accommodated our 6 adult group very well (no tripping over each other). If I had one suggestion it would be the "firepit" area. Cleaned up with seating would be super cute. But we were only using the property as a "base" and it served its purpose perfectly.We did have a slight plumbing issue but it was resolved very efficiently.Would recommend to others.

The photos do not do this home justice. It was the perfect stay for 4 of us out-of-towners to enjoy a long weekend in Knoxville. We each had our own bedroom, and we shared 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 livingrooms, but the 4 of us only hung out on the first level. Great open concept with kitchen, livingroom & dining area. LOTS of space for prepping & cooking. Had Walmart deliver groceries no problem. Close to gas, fast food & highway. In suburbs but very close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our stay was awesome. Perfect location and just wha we needed as a family. The only suggestion would to check the front door lock. We had a hard time opening and had to go out the back door because we couldn’t lock the front door from the key pad.
