A cute place to stay when visiting Knoxville. And close to the Sunsphere! We had everything we needed, and the host was great with all communications. Can’t wait to get back and stay longer than a weekend.

This is a cozy place that is super clean and has plenty of room. You even have a great view of the Vols football stadium and Food Club Arena from the yard. If in Knoxville, I would book again!

The Present 2 was perfect for us! It was clean and the host was responsive from booking through checkout whenever we had a question. Cades Cove and River Rat Tubing are easy drives if you are looking for activities out of town. The beds were super comfortable!

This place is great for a stay in Knoxville. We rented for a weekend basketball tournament and was perfect for 3. The owner is great and very communitive. If you need space for clothes I would recommend bringing some extra suitcases.

We loved this cottage in Knoxville. We stayed here for our son’s graduation from UTK and it was absolutely perfect. You cannot beat the location. The house is cozy and clean. Our host, Trinh, is a treasure. We hope to return and stay here again in the future!
