Sea Turtle- Full Sized living at Tiny House Siesta

Summary:
This is our beachy park model home and recently renovated. If you think a Tiny House might be a little too small but love the concept and want to be among Tiny Houses- this is the unit for you. Full sized kitchen, Living Room, full bath and one bedroom with a Queen Bed. Comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 pull out couches in living room. We provide bed linens, bath towels, Kitchen utensils, plates, Kuerig and more. Great vacation home and 3/4 of a mile from the beach.

The Space:
The house is located in a tiny house park. Each house is equipped with a kitchenette, full bath and outdoor patio. You can also use our community center to hang out and play billiards or darts. Behind the community center, there is a large deck with lots of seating, fire pits, bar area and outdoor showers. Pets are welcome for a $50 fee.

Guest Access:
Self check-in at 3pm. Door code is emailed and texted 11am the day of arrival and activates at 3pm check-in time.

The Neighborhood:
Located right across the South bridge from Siesta Key. We are about a mile walk to beach access 12 and a 7 minute drive to the public beach area.

Getting Around:
While a car is convenient, you can get around without a car. Bike rentals are available on the key. You can also use Frog Hop to get to the beach and Siesta Key Village.

Other Things to Note:
Tiny houses have smaller water tanks than a normal house. We suggest taking short showers if your group plans to shower one after the other.

We are available thru messaging everyday until 9pm.

We stayed in a tiny home in Siesta Key and it was perfect for a prime, convenient location. Close to everything, incredibly accommodating and comfortable, with a surprisingly roomy feel...super cool and not at all “tiny.” We only had a one-night stay after a conference in downtown Sarasota and wished we had more time to enjoy the area and this sweet little gem. We would absolutely come back and stay.A highlight was the nearby dining, especially Ophelia’s on the Bay, which I would highly recommend for a fantastic dinner. If you’re looking to be right in the heart of it all while staying in a cozy, well-appointed space, this tiny home is a standout choice.

The tiny house was one of my favorite places I’ve had the pleasure of staying in! The house and property gave off a very “beachy” vibe. The communication with property manager was amazing!! If you have the chance to stay here…You won’t be disappointed!!!

Overall, this property did its job. It was a little run down, with some rust visible in multiple spots. The hot water didn’t last very long so showers had to be very quick so everyone could get a decent temperature shower. The bed was pretty uncomfortable also. But again, overall, it did its job and it wasn’t the best experience but it also wasn’t the worst by any means.

Just what was needed

The property had almost everything that was needed. Only thing for our unit that would complete the experience would be laundry detergent and working wifi. Other than that is was perfect for my wife and our dogs needs. Unit was clean, had pots/ pans/ plates, cups, utensils, soap, dish soap, extra blankets and pillows. If we had stayed longer we would have lived to walked down the road to the grill/ bar that looked awesome.

We stayed here last year and it seemed cleaner then. This time the pillows and bedding smelled like they were sprayed with some aweful perfume and floors were not scrubbed. They also didnt provide coffee cups. Kinda disappointed this time.

Quiet, clean, spacious house

We (a couple and our 9 yr old) had an excellent experience at the sea turtle house; it was clean, easy to find and access, well located, and had everything we needed. We received a check-in text and follow up from the property manager. Highly recommend for a stay in southern Sarasota.

Nice little getaway

Booked a last minute stay and glad we did! My youngest kiddo loves turtles so the look on her face when we pulled up was priceless. Easy check in. A comfortable spot to relax when not hanging out at the beach. (Gorgeous Siesta Beach is so close!) So fun to see all the tiny homes surrounding the property and totally intrigued to learn more about them. Thanks so much for a great getaway!

We loved the Sea Turtle! Very easy to find, clean, spacious. The kitchen had everything I needed. It was quiet and very comfortable. Two TVs-one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Washer and dryer. Perfect for our needs.
