The stay was fantastic we enjoyed the stay. Theasyer edroom bed was very hard and uncomfortable but other than that it was a beautiful place. We didn't know were the garbage was supposed to go but that would be useful on the future. We enjoyed the place and the location was fantastic we will look to book again.

My family and I loved our stay at this condo. It was in a perfect location. There was plenty of parking and the amenities were excellent. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay.

Ervins wonderful condo scores big with a tastefully interior and is thoughtfully equipped so theres nothing left to be desired, while located closely to beaches and entertainment.Its in the perfect spot to enjoy all of Bradentons close-by great offerings, restaurants, beaches, nightlife and shopping. And cherry on top - Ervin's an awesome host, always caring, being responsive and helpful with so many things! Its 6 out of 5 stars!Thanks for having us ! The place was super clean and accomodated two couples with the two bedrooms and two baths. Nice showers and appliances and a lanai right on a pond with fountains. Great location by IMG, PUBLIX and a short drive to the beach.

This was honestly the best VRBO experience we’ve had. We needed a last-minute place and got lucky that Ervin’s condo was available. It’s super spacious, really nicely updated, and very clean. My wife and I loved sitting out on the lanai with the cool breeze and peaceful lake view, it was such a relaxing spot. The condo had everything we needed, and being able to walk to Publix for groceries made things easy. We also enjoyed the pools and hot tubs, and the clubhouse staff was friendly and helpful. We’re really grateful for the stay and would definitely come back.
