Looking for a LUXURIOUS getaway? Look no further. This beautiful property is ON THE BEACH with two gulf and two bay balconies. Location, Location, Location! Access the beach via a private walkway, far from public beach access points, and vehicles are not permitted on the beach. The property is five minutes from the Strand, countless restaurants and many attractions. An Uber ride to downtown events costs less than event parking. There is room for the entire extended family and it is BETTER THAN A BEACH HOUSE. No stairs! Carry your luggage and groceries up to the 7th floor in the elevator. Friendly, 24 hour, staff are always ready to recommend the best local spots. Enjoy swimming in the heated pool after coming in from the sandy beach. There are tennis, pickle ball and basket ball courts. Balls and rackets are available at the front desk. Enjoy lawn games like bocci ball, horse shoes and corn hole. I love to sit on the back balcony and enjoy a cold drink while watching the kids play basketball down stairs. It's the perfect end to a great day at the beach. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, a large pantry and an extra bar with wine fridge. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and romantic evening views of the lights of Galveston Harbor and Bay from the back balconies, primary and second bedroom . The primary bedroom has a king size bed, an en suite bath with dual sinks, walk in shower with turquoise marble tile and lots of storage. There is no shortage of mirror and counter space in this condo. The primary bath comfortably accommodates 3 at the same time for makeup and hair styling. The second bath has a walk in shower, gorgeous marble tiles and plenty of storage. Both showers have removable handheld shower heads so that little ones can shower without water in their eyes. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, full size dresser for storage as well as beautiful evening views. Bedroom 3 has a futon with full size, super comfy gel mattress and over 10 feet of closet space - plenty of room to stow all suitcases and hanging clothes. Two queen size sleepers with luxury 8 inch pillow top mattresses enable this extraordinary space to sleep 8 in total comfort. Two ottomans stow pillows and blankets for quick and easy conversion. Your family will never feel cramped in this extraordinary space. The 24 x 14 living room, with floor to ceiling views of the gulf, is open to the spacious eat-in kitchen and provides ample space for group activities. Free wifi throughout the condo and four smart televisions provide plenty of options for small group interaction. We are pleased to share our East End Bella Vista with you and we are certain you will enjoy it so much you will return year after year.

Adorable Condo

This condo was easily accessible, beautiful, and the owner was very communicative. The complex was adorable, and had a ton of amenities that I wish I could have utilized for a longer stay. I highly recommend, and would love to stay again!

Galveston Get Away

We had a wonderful time in Galveston. The condo was as described and we appreciated the special touches/ thoughtfulness. It was spacious and we all had plenty of room including our 13 and 14 year old boys who enjoyed playing their PS5 in the living room. Loved the beach and close proximity to the Seawall with a nice choice of restaurants. Can’t wait to stay again!!

Perfect setting, perfect accommodations, staff were so patient and helpful, quiet and beautiful views but close to everything in Galveston. Walk to the beach was over a small bridge and on the sand. Perfect!!!!

We stayed a full week at this property and it was fabulous! The view is incredible from both sides. From the living area you see the ocean and from the bedrooms you see the bay. We were able to watch ships coming into port while sitting on the balcony. We had 7 adults and a baby and had plenty of room for everyone. There is plenty of living space for everyone to sit and hang out plus the baby had room to play. The dining area had space for us to all eat and to play games in the evenings. The condo had everything we needed to cook plus plenty of towels including beach towels. We also took advantage of the pool several times and my kids enjoyed playing pickleball. The owner, Bernadette, is very communitive and even let us know one day when the pool was closed for a repair! Our group ranged from the baby at 8 months to my parents who are 75 and it worked for everyone. I would (and already have) recommend this property to all my friend and family!

Amazing beach condo

Just amazing. Did not disappoint in any area. The condo was as advertised and better and no photos could do the actual views justice, they were amazing. Very high end appliances, bedding and appointments.

Fun Family Getaway

We loved staying at this beautiful condo for a long weekend. It was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. The views from the living room and bedrooms were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Bernadette checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

Galveston get away…

We were traveling with our parents who are all in their 80s and one is beginning to have some struggles with mobility. This place worked out very well for our needs. Both bathrooms had showers. Floor plan was easy to navigate. The views were stunning from both sides. It was great to have a nice place to stay because even if they weren’t up for getting out on the town, staying in the condo still was amazing. We watched the sunset most nights. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to eat in. The place was immaculately decorated and our parents kept saying how it felt so luxurious to be there. One elevator of the two was down but the staff got it working within a day or two. There were carts to help bring our luggage up to the floor and take it down like in a hotel. One parent enjoyed painting from the gulf side balcony. We made some good memories and this place helped provide a great experience for us all.

Amazing Condo

I have rented several Galveston condos and this is # 1 . Decorated just beautiful the owner's taste is exquisite , she thought of everything. The amenities are over the top, this condo has it all ,comfort , spacious luxury and spotless clean .Balconies in front have a spectacular view of the beach and ocean . The beach is private, clean ,safe and beach is right at your access. Restaurants, shopping , fun all close . This condo is fabulous . The only bad thing was having to leave. Can't wait till next time !! Nan Smith

Beautiful Location and Condo

We had a wonderful time celebrating my mother's 93rd birthday. The condo is beautiful. Kind of a long walk to the beach, but otherwise perfect location. My only complaint would be the lighting at night time in the master and guest bedroom. They turned on the lights to the tennis courts at like 1 in the morning, and boy they came straight through our windows. I went down and woke the security guard up who was asleep at the front desk and told him to turn the dang things off. He did apologize and he did turn them off.

You should stay here

As the property description suggests, this 7th floor East End condo is all about the views. With balconies on both sides, you really can take in the beach, bay, harbor and ship channel from various vantage points - so bring your binoculars. And though this is Galveston and not The Bahamas, having direct access to a long, uncrowded stretch of beach that's perfect for walking is a big plus, especially considering you're only a mile or two from town. The building is older and not luxurious, but seems well maintained and very secure. The elevators could be faster and the pool could be bigger, but both get the job done. As for the condo, it's lovely, recently updated and well decorated as the pictures suggest. Bernadette, the owner, went out of her way to provide detailed answers to my many questions about building maintenance and COVID protocols. She has a lot of rules, but she is committed to providing an outstanding guest experience. Just a couple of things to be aware of: If you're staying less than 4 days, you won't have access to the in-unit washer and dryer. And if you exceed the early 10 am checkout time by even a couple of minutes, you'll be automatically locked out. So don't dally on departure day.

This condominium was absolutely perfect! The cleanliness was a 10/10, everything was spotless and felt so welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free.My mother, who is disabled, was able to get around easily thanks to the elevator and walk-in showers, which made such a difference. This trip was especially touching because both my mom and grandmother were able to come along, and it meant so much to have such an accessible and comfortable place to stay together.The view was AMAZING, truly breathtaking! On top of that, the condo was very well priced for what you get. Trust me, you pay for what you get and in this case, the cleanliness alone was worth every penny.Learning that this is the first condominium in Galveston made the stay even more special. I can’t recommend this property enough and would absolutely stay here again!

Best condo hands down

Amazing views; floor to celling views! This condo has the best furnishings. Most comfortable bedding pillow and mattresses. The kitchen has everything you can need or want. Hands down one of the best places I have stayed at! Amazing communication prior to check in- they also checked on us once we checked in!

My name is Bernadette Sloat. I live in Sugar Land, TX with my husband Jim, who is a veterinarian. We have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. I was a high school math teacher for most of my career. In 2012 I started acquiring long-term rental property. I found that real estate was taking more and more of my time so in 2015 I became a licensed REALTOR and focused on real estate full time. I have always been a "beach girl" and I've always wanted to own property on the beach.

Why they chose this property

I started looking for property in Galveston in early 2017. I wanted a property on the beach with unobstructed beach views. I wanted to be ON THE SAND. I didn't want to have to drag my beach gear, and my grandchildren, across a dangerous busy street to get to the water. I also didn't want to be far away from the Strand. I wanted to be able to jump in the car and get to restaurants and attractions within minutes. That meant that the only place I could find what I was looking for was East Beach. Most of the condos on East Beach are very small. When this 1650 square foot condo came up for sale in October 2017 I just couldn't pass it up. It is so spacious and the views are amazing. I hope you and your family love it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Views, Views, Views! We have 24 feet of balcony on the beach. There are two windows in the condo that face the channel. From these windows you can see the beach, channel, and bay. I can sit on the sofa for hours watching the ships travel past. We also have 24 feet of balcony that faces the bay and harbor. It is such a kick to watch the cruise ships come out of Galveston Harbor, go down the channel, and out to sea. I love watching them but it always occurs to me that I'd rather be sitting on the veranda here in Galveston than going out to sea with them. I've got everything I need in my East End Bella Vista.
