ABOUT PARADISE GULFSIDE (UNIT 311)
⭐ This charming 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 3rd floor offers stunning Gulf and pool deck views! The master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and a private bath. Just down the hall, you'll find a cozy set of twin bunk beds that the kids will love and easy access to the guest bathroom. The family room offers a queen sofa sleeper, TV, and of course, breathtaking Gulf views!

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a side-by-side fridge with a water and ice maker, dishwasher, smooth top range, and over-the-range microwave. For your convenience, there's a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. Tile flooring runs throughout the living area, and the large balcony is furnished with polywood furniture—perfect for relaxing while taking in the views!

This little gem is the perfect place to relax and recharge. We'd love for you to experience it!

Other Things to Note:

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. Please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the complex parking garage, with parking passes provided inside your unit upon arrival, free of charge. Please note that trailers, boats (with or without a trailer), RVs, buses, or motorhomes are not permitted on the property or in the garage area.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ To reserve your FREE beach chairs and one umbrella, please check in with the beach attendant each day. This complimentary service is provided during the peak season, March - October.

POOL
⭐ Destin West offers six pools for you to choose from. As a guest, you will have access to both the beach and bay side of the resort.
The Gulf side pools include the 5,000 sqft lagoon-style pool, a kiddie pool, and a hot tub. Pass safely from one side to the next on the Walkover Sky Bridge to the bay side, where you will love the lazy river, zero-entry level pool, waterfall pool, and two oversized hot tubs. No glass is allowed near any of the pool/hot tub areas. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beach access is right down from Destin West at The Boardwalk Okaloosa Island. It offers seaside shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property. This resort is a smoke-free property. No smoking in the garage, hallways, elevators, or rooms.

REFUNDS
⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
