Good location on nice Florida beach, at a reasonable price. Really enjoyed the lazy river and other swim facilities, including the hot tub.Several very good seafood restaurants in walking distance or short drive from the facility.Good place to relax.

This was one of my favorite stays in Destin. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and lazy river was really nice and relaxing. No complaints and highly recommend!

The property was wonderful. We loved the lazy river. Maintenance was very responsive when we had an issue with the ice maker. When it could not be fixed while we were there, they delivered ice to us. The check in/ out process was very easy.

The photos don’t do this condo justice! It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and has a great view. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. The pools, hot tubs and lazy river were amazing! Great location for a family with plenty for the kids to do. The boardwalk across the street has great shopping and restaurants for every taste. A great stay! We can’t wait to go back!

The property was great. It was more equipped than we initially thought so that was a great surprise to see all the beach chairs and toys left behind by others! We even added to the collection:) The condo had just enough room for our family of 5.

First impressions are always important. As we walked into the front door we noticed the hallway needed badly painting. The living room’s decor was tasteful and the sofas were very comfortable and looked new. The bathtub and shower had some mold in the corner and could use some tlc and a little elbow grease; however, the beds were very comfortable. Bedroom night stands could use replacing. All these things are small that could be easily fixed to make a more enjoyable stay. The building itself looked dated and old and the front doors to the elevator need replacing but this has nothing to do with the owners of the condos.

I’m sorry the hallway paint, bathroom mold, and worn nightstands affected your first impression. I have informed the Property Manager, who is in contact with the owne: - Scheduled touch-up painting for the hallway. - Ordered a deep-clean and mold treatment for the tub/shower and will follow up to ensure it’s resolved. - Replacing the nightstands and inspecting other surfaces for needed TLC. - Noted the building/elevator condition and will coordinate with the condo association/property management about the elevator doors and common areas. Great place to stay!

This is our second time staying in this particular unit. It’s one of the cleanest units we’ve stayed in at this resort. It’s very Easy to get to the lazy river from this unit. Love the decor. All around great stay and will continue to book this particular unit.

Short family get away

Very nice property. Enjoyed the Lazy River! Washing machine works, but is crazy loud and pretty slow cycles so plan accordingly 😊. We had a great time and highly recommend.

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful time at Destin West! The property was very accessible with the pools on the bayside with the bridge granting access to the beach side. Bayside pools were heated, lazy river was chilly but perfect when the sun was out! The unit was well furnished but needs a little updating.
