Excellent location; easy walking distance to everything! Clean and quiet. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Beautiful back yard garden. Very close to boating station and Holburne Museum and park. We had a great time and hope to be back!

This accommodation was perfect for us. The location is close to Sydney Gardens and an easy walk into the center of town. The flat is spacious (2 bedroom, one bath, large kitchen with laundry area.) The back garden was lovely! Mark was great! He was always available to answer a question. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again the next time we are in Bath.

A friend and I were in Bath for 4 nights, and loved staying in this beautiful home! The garden was a great place to spend time, the house had everything we needed, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go within 20 minutes.

Great house and location

A friend and I stayed here for 4 nights in October. The house was clean and cosy and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable visit. The location is fantastic. Would love to visit again.

Great comfortable flat

This flat is comfy, clean and quiet and located just a quick 10 minute walk to Bath city center. The little back patio is lovely to sit outside with a glass of wine or cup of coffee. The off-street parking for our little rental car was great. I would recommend and stay here again.

Fine Stay

The property was central for our 4 night stay yet very quiet. Mark communicated very well and made sure our stay was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and a lovely garden in the back. Very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Perfect location, comfy home

The photos don’t show the space. This is a very comfortable apartment in a quiet, close to center neighborhood. On all points we recommend Mark’s place. The views are lovely and the garden is particularly well cared for.

Very nice house in a convenient location

Nice house with plenty of room and parking. Clear instructions to enter from host and very convenient location for walking into Bath and exploring the surrounds. Good wifi and well equipped for cooking. DVD player was appreciated by the kids. Highly recommended.

4 days in Bath

We found our stay in this property very comfortable, it had all that we needed. Was clean and tidy, fresh milk waiting in fridge, t bags and coffee. A beautiful garden. We were close enough to walk into the city, whilst staying on a quiet street. Parking off road was great to have, but you need to have an average size car to fit. In all it was a great stay.

Nice little house with a garden.

We enjoyed staying here very much. It is just a short walk (10-15 min) to get to the city center. On any inquiries the landlord answered immediately and helped you whereever possible. There is a garden where you can sit on a patio. Everything was perfect. We will recommend this house to our friends who are also planning to visit Bath.

Even better than expected!!!

My friend and I absolutely loved the little house. It was even better than it looked on the photos - everything was thought through and the house has kept many character features - we didn’t want to leave!! Thank you for such a great stay - due to the very wet weather we couldn’t sit in the garden but hope to do so next time as we will definitely be back 😊

Excellent location, great home away from home!

Property was within walking distance to city center. The rooms were spacious and the whole house was clean. Up to date without taking anything away from the character of the old house (over 100 years old?!). Excellent communications and provided a cot, stair gates, and a high chair for our youngest family member. Cozy and a great little back garden to sit and enjoy a cuppa and the occassional sunray in March! Would book again!

Amazing place!

This is one of the best houses we rented when travelling around the UK (and God, we travelled). The place is bigger and better than in the photos. It's unbelievably clean, well equipped and cozy. The location is great: very quiet, and close to the City Centre. The wi-fi has worked very well(which made my son happy). We could enjoy our morning coffee in the garden, which was lovely. Mark was just amazing from our arrival till our departure. We felt sorry that we have only booked for two nights. We will return and in the meantime we will recommend it to all of our friends travelling to Bath. Thanks for everything!

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans la jolie maison du N° 3 Powlett Road. Les,indications étaient précises, la maison propre et très agréable, et grâce à une météo exceptionnelle, nous avons pu profiter de l'adorable jardin. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Perfect place in Bath

This was a perfect place for exploring Bath and the surrounding area. The location is great -- very quiet, a short and easy walk to downtown, and an easy exit by car to other areas. The flat was unbelievably clean; it's very well equipped and comfortable. The parking space was a bit tight for our slightly over-sized car and a driver used to driving on the other side of the road, but Mark, the host, sorted an on-street parking permit for us very quickly so we could park right across the road. (He also arranged perfect weather for our stay, which was a nice extra.) The wi-fi worked perfectly. Lovely backyard for outdoor dining. We had a wonderful time, and would absolutely come back again.

What a lovely house! Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and furnished. Delightful garden for sitting in. Very convenient for town. Absolutely fell on our feet!! Mark was very helpful, keeping in touch and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for 2/4 people. Would return
