Charming family villa with heated indoor pool.

Pretty villa with heated indoor swimming pool from April to mid November located by the Etel river, 2km from the beaches and shops between Lorient and Quiberon: comprising 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, one of which is private with all indoor barbecue facilities kitchen and a beautiful plot with olive trees and fenced of 1230m2. Come and discover this site with its various activities: scuba diving, equestrian center, very nice ride along the coastal paths, boat trip, seafood tasting by the water near the villa. Within a radius of less than 20 km, you can enjoy cruises on the Gulf of Morbihan, stroll around the port of Trinité sur mer, contemplate the alignments of Carnac and Locmariaquer, the wild coast of Quiberon, its chariot beaches or take the ferry to Belle Ile. You can also lounge on the large sandy beaches of Erdeven or Plouhinec. For lovers of fishing, navigation, diving but also for hikers, the Barre d'Etel and its Ria are an exceptional renowned site.
Let us not forget the many festivities: week of the Gulf of Morbihan in May, Vieilles Charrues festival in Carhaix in July, interceltic festival of Lorient and historic festivals in Vannes in August .... Weekly rentals preferably from April to the end of September. Site rate may vary depending on the number of people (if more than 4 in low season and 8 in high season)

Great property for a family holiday

We stayed in this lovely property for a big family holiday and had a great time. The kids loved their room and played in the swimming pool nearly every day. The table tennis table was fun for all. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living space felt very spacious even with all 13 of us there. The beaches near by were stunning and the kids loved playing in the rock pools. We loved staying at this property and would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and comfortable well equipped and the outdoor space was great. The pool was a real delight, we swam every day and the cover ensured that the water stayed warm and that we were protected from the elements. The hosts kept in touch regulalry to make sure that everything was ok and provided helpful recommnedations on things to do.

Excellent Villa

When we looked for accommodation in Brittany we had a list of 20 "wants" - this villa met 19 of those. The only thing missing was air conditioning - but this wasn't a problem when we were there. The property met all our other needs - it was spacious, comfortable and well appointed it also had a good indoor/outdoor mix. The icing on the cake was the heated covered pool. Contact with the owners was excellent. As we were catering for ourselves the property was close to many supermarkets where we could stock up quite easily. We would highly recommend this property.

A great house villa with fantastic communications with the host. Checkin was just great. The villa has a lovely pool with 80xm at the shallow end dropping to 1.8m at the deep end. Around 15m and lovely and warm with a cover. Outdoor BBQ with plenty of outdoor seating. The villa has a lovely laid out kitchen with all the facilities. A large dinning table and a large lounge area. In the garage is a washing machine and ball games to play and a table tennis.There is a double bedroom with ensuite shower with the toilet just outside the bedroom door. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, and then a big kids room with a double loft area. Really spacious. Upstairs is the main large bathroom with shower in the corner bath.

Excellent. J'y retournerai à coup sûr. La maison est spacieuse et bien agencée. Tout est bien pensé.

Rien a amener. Tout est prévu , pour les petits comme pour les grands. Jouets, jeux, velos, table de ping pong. Ustensiles de pêche...Même les grincheux ne trouveraient pas un point negatif ...

Das Haus ist genial für große Gruppen/ Familien geeignet.Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden ( außer großen Töpfen und Wäscheständer),von Schwimmreifen, Fahrrädern, Sandspielzeug alles da... Wir hatten nur Probleme mit unserem Mercedes Sprinter in der Gegend Parkplätze zu finden.Viele Ausflüge sind gescheitert,weil es weder Parkplatz ohne 1,90 Höhenbeschränkung gab oder Führungen in Englisch oder Deutsch nicht zur Verfügung standen.Deutsch gab

charming family plouhinec

maison vieillissante , la literie tachée, le ménage n était pas fait a notre arrivée tout était poussiéreux, les toilettes du bas traces de selles sur l abattant , très déçu. il y avait aussi des traces de restant de repas dans l évier et des croquettes pour chien sous le micro onde . par contre la piscine était parfaite tout y était ,nous en avons bien profités très belle piscine et bien chauffée.

Bonsoir nous sommes un peu surpris de vos commentaires d'autant plus que nous n'avons jamais eu de soucis jusqu'ici. Notre maison est une très grande maison qui accueille beaucoup de familles avec beaucoup d'enfants. Des choses sont régulièrement tâchées (les enfants étant en vacances se permettent de manger un peu partout alors qu'ils ne le devraient pas) et nous faisons tout pour nettoyer mais nous avons parfois quelques tâches propres que nous ne pouvons pas éliminer et nous ne pouvons pas changer le mobilier à chaque début de saison. Quant aux croquettes dont vous faîtes mention, cela voudrait donc dire que des touristes malveillants en aurait cachées ..... nous sommes très sceptiques. Mais nous en touchons tout de même un mot à notre femme de ménage. Nous sommes cependant heureux de voir que vous avez tout de même passé un très bon séjour grâce à la piscine qui fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. Très bonne continuation.

Une semaine de noël agréable dans une jolie maison décorée pour les fêtes. Nous avons apprécié la bouteille offerte à l'arrivée. Salon spacieux et cuisine agréable, un petit bémol pour la literie qui serait à revoir surtout le lit superposé qui grince beaucoup. La table de ping-pong a été appréciée des enfants et des parents qui étaient au calme! La maison est située dans un endroit calme et reposant mais non loin des commerces, de Lorient ou de la plage en voiture. Très bon échange avec les propriétaires.

Family holiday

This is a large comfortable villa which easily accommodated our family of 13. Me and my husband spent a lovely week here with our 3 children, their partners and 6 grandchildren. The house is well worn but perfect for young children. There are lots of toys for them to play with inside and outside the house. The large bag of buckets and spades came in very handy as we forgot to bring ours. The garden is very safe and secure for children and the pool was a huge hit. It’s covered and heated so we were able to use it when the sun didn’t shine and the wind was chilly. A huge plus is that it can be closed and locked when not in use making the garden safe for little ones. There are only 2 toilets and showers but we managed perfectly well, and there was plenty of seating for us all with a large dinner table that we were all able to sit around as well as having 2 high chairs. There was equally as much seating outside with a large patio table and chairs. Prior to visiting any questions I had were answered almost immediately by the host and there was excellent communication when we arrived in France. Overall we’ve spent a very happy fun holiday here.

Fabulous property for a big family holiday

The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac which is within walking distance of the stunning Ria Etel and a short drive or bike ride to beautiful untouched beaches. The house is spacious, well organised and there is a generous amount of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils provided. The bedrooms are spacious and the children loved having their own bedroom/play area, which was well equipped. The large garage contained toys, games and bicycles for guests to use and this was also very useful for storing all our water sports equipment! The covered 10 metre swimming pool was truly fabulous and the panels can be cleverly raised to create an open space. We used the pool extensively during our stay - this was beautifully clean and a perfect temperature and my husband (a Health and Safety Officer) was very impressed by the pool's sophisticated filtration system! The owners were extremely helpful throughout and responded to all our questions within minutes from our initial booking to the end of our stay. They addressed any issues quickly and efficiently, even providing advice on what to do with a baby bird that wandered into the garden! While I speak a little French, it was helpful that the owners spoke English and were able to explain more complicated matters clearly to us. We have really enjoyed our holiday at Casa Lola - it is a wonderful, spacious house for a large family holiday, close to all amenities and stunning scenery with lovely owners. We would thoroughly recommend it and look forward to returning to this special place one day soon.

Séjour paradisiaque à Plouhinec

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette grande maison. La piscine est un véritable atout, elle nous manque déjà. En revanche petit bémol pour les salles de bain, qui seraient peut-être à rénover un peu (baignoire en haut et la cabine de douche en bas). Dans la cuisine les brûleurs de gaz devraient être rapidement changés car nous n'avons pu en utiliser que 2 sur 4. Le sèche-linge indiqué n'est également plus présent. Cependant notre impression générale est vraiment top. Tout le monde a été réjoui en premier les enfants! leur chambre offre tout ce qu'il faut et la piscine est un vrai lieu de réjouissement pour eux également! Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison! Les alentours sont également supers! Merci aux propriétaires de s'être bien occupés de nous par téléphone. Thumb up! :)

Excellent séjour hôte avec de très disponible et au petit soin du début à la fin de la réservation ce sont des gens adorables je recommande vivement ce logement maison magnifique avec piscine chauffée à 29° en moyenne et la femme de ménage qui nous a accueilli était adorable encore merci pour ce séjour dans cette très belle maison.
