Nice and spacious house with 1 - 3 apartments for up to 13 people and 1 baby and large garden (800 m2), closed by walls. The main apartment on the 1st Floor with 4 1/2 rooms can accommodate 1-5 people (80 m2 with bathroom and kitchen, microwave), the apartment on the ground floor with 3 rooms can accommodate 4 people (70 m2 with bathroom and kitchen) and the third apartment in the second Floor with 2 rooms for 4 people (50 m2 with bathroom and kitchen). Free WiFi throughout and cable TV with over 600 programs, baby cot and high chair are available free of charge. Parking for 2-3 cars in the garden. 2 terraces one of them covered, with garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue are available. Washing machine is in the small garden house. The house is located in the middle of the village - 400 meters to the beach (fine sand), shops and restaurants. Tennis, sailing, horse riding nearby. It is 500 meters to the wild coast (Côte Sauvage). Rental of bicycles (petrol station) and boats nearby (400 meters).

Cycling Holiday

Our cycling group, Retired Riders stayed at the house for aa 4 night cycling triip. The house was perfect for our needs. It is close to bars and restaurants and local shops. There is excellent bike storage and the location is perfect for exploring the peninsula and for cycling north to explore Carnac and the Etel Ria. We ate in twice and the kitchens provided everything we needed to cater for 8. The owner was extremely helpful in the build up to the trip and Charline, the housekeeper was superb. A 10/10 from us.

Emplacement idéal , proche du centre de st pierre quiberon, et de sa plage,et à quelques kilomètres de la côte sauvage avec des couchers de soleil sublimes. Maison très bien équipée, on était 12! Jardin agréable et spacieux. On reviendra certainement et nos amis aussi! Merci! Minh Tam

Le gîte de la gare

Gîte de groupe (14 personnes) très bien placé sur la presqu'île. Le jardin est très agréable et il y a une possibilité de se protéger de la pluie pour faire une grande tablée. La maison étant sur trois étages, il ne faut pas avoir peur de monter et descendre les escaliers.

The House was large spacious with plenty of room for the 10 of us. The big wow factor and great thing about the house was the nearby trains which were a constant delight for the ciildren .

Maison idéalement située pour accéder à la côte sauvage !

Nous avons séjourné à 11 adultes pendant 5 jours, dans cette maison composée de 3 appartements.. Rez de chaussée, 1er et 2ème étage... Une cuisine à chaque étage. Maison avec un certain charme.. Le plus difficile a été de pouvoir manger à 11 adultes... Nous avons apprécié le calme, la proximité des commerces, de la côte sauvage !!! Nous avons fait de très belles balades et profite d'un temps exceptionnel pour la saison !!!

Parfait

Tout était vraiment parfait de l'arrivée au départ. La maison située sur 3 niveaux permettait au groupe de 13 personnes que nous étions de ne pas être les uns sur les autres. L'équipement est également comme il le fallait. Le jardin était très agréable. L'emplacement est idéal : entre de belles plages familiales et la côte sauvage qui vaut le détour. Les commerces sont à proximité et proposent ce qu'il faut. Que dire de plus ? Le propriétaire nous a donné plein de conseils avant et sur place nous avons été bien accueillis avec aussi plein de conseils pour profiter de notre séjour.

Maison très agréable et bien situé

Belle et agréable maison, idéale pour une grande famille ou un groupe d'amis. Il y a 3 appartements sur 3 étages, chaque équipé avec cuisine et salle de bains. Les petits enfants peuvent jouer dans le jardin clos de murs, et il y a une sélection de jouets dans la maisonnette qui héberge aussi la machine à laver. La maison est bien aménagé, et les équipements sont très complets, par contre il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle. La maison est bien placé, les commerces et la plage sont à 10 min à pied, la côte sauvage à 15 min, la gare est juste à côté, très pratique pour les voyageurs qui préfèrent le train.

Ideal holiday location

Lovely house with large enclosed garden just a short stroll from village centre. Ideal for large groups of friends or family. We had both, and they all loved it! Also perfect for train enthusiasts as next to railway station, which operates summer months. Would certainly not hestitate to return.
