The Space:
Pleasure Point Cottage makes the perfect home base for a great adventure on Monterey Bay, nestled halfway between San Francisco and Carmel-by-the Sea.  Short-term Rental Permit #221263.

This two-bedroom cottage is a part of a friendly triplex, boasting a well-equipped kitchen with all basic appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee pot, dishes, and cookware.

The master bedroom presents a queen size bed, fresh linens, an open beam ceiling, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom features two extra-long twin size beds, comfortable for both adults and children. A high chair and portable crib are available upon request.

Uniquely, this attached cottage offers off-street parking and its own private, fenced yard. All utilities are included - Smart TV, Wi-Fi, laundry, gardener, BBQ, and an outdoor table. We warmly welcome your dog too! They will surely appreciate the fenced yard and walks throughout the pet-friendly neighborhood. There will be a $50 non-refundable pet fee charged once your booking is confirmed.

Please note, the non-coin-operated laundry room, trash bins, and parking areas are amenities shared with the two other cottages in the triplex.

Perfect location for teens and dogs! Walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops, and of course the beach. Clean, well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood at night. Hose near front door for sandy feet/ paws and surfboards, and small beach towels provided if you forget yours.One designated parking spot in driveway in front of cottage, easy to find street parking for our other car. This cottage was the perfect location for our little family & dog. Roomy bedrooms, comfy beds, cute bathroom & tons of linens. We loved this property! The location was excellent, walking distance to the cliffs above Pleasure Point, perfect for watching the surfers and otter that now hangs out there, and an easy walk to Cat and Cloud for coffee and morning treats. Great New Year's Getaway!

The house is walking distance from Pleasure Pt and other beaches! Even though it rained a lot, we got out and walked around. Nice little front yard for the dog too. Highly recommend!
