Imagine waking up to a beautiful sunrise laying in bed. Deal directly with the owner, Rick Reichow, who lives less than 10 minutes from the property.

Experience this special One of a Kind newly constructed, meticulous maintained luxurious condo on the island. You will sleep better than you would at a 5 star hotel with the sound of the surf breaking in the background. Your vacation should have all the comforts of home and then some. We have spared no expense on comfort and convenience fully stocking the kitchen, upgrading appliances with ice maker, an extra quiet dishwasher, microwave and deep single basin kitchen sink with new fixture, quartz counter tops and soft close cabinetry.

55" Samsung Smart TV's in the bedrooms and 55" Samsung Smart TV in the living room, Google wireless high speed internet access and extensive water color art collection of award winning artist Christine Reichow.

To make your vacation experience complete our housekeeping staff make the beds for you before your arrival using soft linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Pack light because you can wash and dry clothes with a stacked washer and dryer in the unit. Keeping it simple for our guests is our goal -- but remember to bring your beach towels, beach chairs and sunscreen!

SANDS IV Guests have private access to the pool, beach, and use of the charcoal grills and shower to rinse off - all oceanfront!

Walk to local restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and the famous Britt's Donut Shop. Enjoy the Seasonal farmers market, amphitheater on the lake and watch fireworks from your private deck.

Parking is available for up to two vehicles. All vehicles MUST HAVE an approved parking pass.

OUR COMMITMENT is to provide our guests with a clean comfortable stay. Upon checkout our cleaning staff spends 3 hours deep cleaning and preparing the property for the next guests.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all used towels in washer with supplied soap and start. Leave linens on the bed.
Set thermostat to 78 summer and 60 winter
Please text host Rick Reichow at 910-431-2287 with unit number when you depart. All checkouts are at 10am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Excessive sand in the property will result in additional cleaning charges. Please be mindful of the sand.

Our family has lived in Wilmington since 2003. We have always been a very busy family with 3 active children. Finding time to "come over the bridge" to Carolina Beach has always been like a mini vacation even if it's only for a few hours. My wife and I would sneak away for an evening just to sit on the deck, alone and listen to the ocean.

Friends have used our places for a quick getaway and strangers have made it a regular vacation getaway. SANDS IV is our second investment on the island.

We maintain a very high standard and want our vacation home to be your go to home away from home at the beach.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property in February 2018. SAND IV is the only new oceanfront condo building on the island and its location is one of the best at the beach. The building is on a quiet one way street within walking distance to everything!

I am a super fussy person when it comes to selecting properties on VRBO for my family. In doing so, I have learned how to provide my renters with exactly what I am looking for when I look for a rental. I prefer high end and exceptionally with comfortable furnishings. I prefer new and conveniently located--when I can get it. Once I find a place, I go back. Once you stay here I am confident this will be your "go to" property for your Carolina Beach vacations.

My cleaning lady has been with me for over 10 years and truly cleans well beyond the standard cleaning. Most guests comment as to how clean my other property is in Carolina Beach which maintains a 5 star standard ( Property ID 469392)

What makes this property unique

What's unique about this property? The location location location and the building being newly constructed from the ground up with all of the most current safety features and building codes. Commercial construction with added insulation for added quiet, firewalls and sprinklers throughout the building with a second stairwell for safety.

Seasonal Fireworks can be viewed from the oceanfront deck every Thursday night.

Seasonally the farmers market is just a block away behind the building along the lake every Saturday morning with local farmers and crafters.

Two blocks south of Carolina Beach boardwalk.

An excellent stretch of beach which can be viewed in the pictures great for walking, relaxing, surfing, sunrises, and dolphin watching.

This is on a quiet one way street with very little traffic.
