About this property

OCEANFRONT: Million Dollar view. TOP floor on the beach 3 BR 3 Ba Carolina Beach

Updated floors, kitchen cabinets, appliances, Air conditioner.

The complex does not have an elevator. Located on the 3rd floor.

One of the most popular spots on Carolina Beach! Only a few steps to the white sandy beach where you can enjoy the entire day starting with a beautiful sunrise. This unit is located oceanfront on the top floor with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. If you prefer not to go to the beach the deck located off the living room and master bedroom offers plenty of space to relax and is covered from the afternoon sun. There is a large kitchen that comes fully equipped with complete cooking essentials and appliances. A dining area for four is provided and additional seating for three at the at the breakfast bar. This is the first time renting our unit so expect all of the comforts of home.

The condo is on the 3rd floor, within view of the pool. (Convenient for families that have children, allowing the parents access to see their children from the condo).


Master bedroom is OCEAN FRONT has a Queen bed and full bathroom. Sliding glass door to the deck. Blackout curtains.

Bedroom 1 has two single beds.

Loft Bedroom has queen size bed, full size futon and its own private full bathroom with shower. In addition a Ceiling fan and entertainment center with a TV/DVD player and Stereo system along with board games to enjoy.

Living room: 36 inch SMART flat screen TV and DVD player with cable. You can use to stream your favorite programs.

Other Amenities: Iron Board, Iron, Hairdryer and Vacuum, Keurig, drip coffee maker.

There are 2 pools, one you can overlook from the deck and the other located on the other side of the building. Both are close to the two available private beach accesses.

Parking is covered.

The Ocean Grill & Tiki is a few minute walk down the beach. They serve cocktails and excellent food. Famous Britt's Donuts is located on the board walk about a 10-15 minute walk where every Thursday night in the summer a fabulous fire works display takes place. Vinni's Italian Restaurant is very convenient right across the street. Pop's is a short walk to get delicious soft serve ice cream and burgers. There are several other restaurants located in the area that can be reached by walking or a five minute car ride.
A Red Box rental is one block from the condo.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had a great ocean view. The location was perfect and made everything so convenient. The host, Kristina, was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome.It was the perfect setting for a relaxing birthday celebration and getaway. And being on the third floor with no elevator, we definitely got our daily workout in—who needs a gym when you have stairs? We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!

3 adults traveling. We each had plenty of space and out own bathroom. The view was just as advertised and we spent a lot of time enjoying morning coffee and after/evening drinks on the balcony. Easy access to beach. Those host was very accessible. There is no elevator so be aware of that.

Host kept in touch with me from the time I was confirmed for my stay, and was very helpful. The condo was clean and spacious. The pool wasn’t open while we were there, but the beach was steps away and very nice. I hope to stay there again.

The view is phenomenal. The condo is neat, clean, and well organized. The parking is strict but you get two spaces and that's really all you need. The property manager kept us informed and answered all our questions swiftly and accurately. This place seriously lives up to the hype of its listing! I bookmarked it for future stays!!

We enjoyed a quick trip to the coast and stay at Kristin's condo. We really enjoyed the beautiful ocean front view. Nothing beats oceanfront for really helping you feel relaxed and like you got away. The beds were great and everything was clean and well stocked. Kristin was a great hostess! We were visiting UNCW for a tour for my highschool junior. He really liked it. If he ends up going there I've bookmarked this place to stay whenever we visit!

We have owned our condo since 2004. We have enjoyed many years of fun beach days with our family and friends!! Our children grew up boogie boarding, building sand castles while the adults relax or play Bocce Ball on the beach. :)) During the summer months the temperature of the ocean reaches 81 degrees!!
