Note: The elevator is there for your convenience. There will be no maintenance service on the weekends, and if there is, it will be at the cost to the renter. It will be functioning upon check in. Do not park directly across the street or you will be towed!

Linens (pillow cases, sheets, bath towels) ARE NOT included. If you would like them to be included, it is a one time fee of $350 per stay.
Beach towels are not included and must be provided by renter.
Hot tub heating included for free. Pool Heating is NOT included unless arranged for in advance. It is a one time fee of $650. How hot the pool gets ultimately depends on the outside temperature at the time of your stay.
Beach chairs and toys are not included and will have to be furnished/rented by the renter. They can be purchased at a nearby grocery store (Boulineaus).
Baby cribs can also be rented for the week but must be arranged by the renter in advance through 3rd party companies. You can find many on Google for the myrtle beach area.
We provide toilet paper, soap, and paper towels...but not enough for the whole week. If you need more than provided, you must provide that yourself.
