This flat is close to station Ipodrom, located near beautiful park and 3 lakes.
My place is very cozy, I've been living here for 8 years. The flat is not big (only 33sq.m) but there are everything necessary for comfortable weekend in the city. Kitchen is good for those who loves to cook)
Also there are lots of my paintings on the walls.
