Very comfortable and clean condo. Wonderful beach access. Watched dolphins from balcony in the morning and a momma turtle made an egg nest one night right in front of condo on the beach. Condo management left starter supplies (shampoo, lotion, dishwashing and laundry supplies)which was helpful. Would go back next year.

The condo smelled of cat urine or mold. I’ve been staying in gulf shores and Destin area on and off the last 8 years and this was by far the worst condo. The pics make it look much newer than what it actually is. They sent a supervisor to smell the condo and she acted like she couldn’t smell anything. Anyway they sprayed the room with odor eliminator and sent a company over the next day to clean all the furniture. 2 days later the furniture began to stink again along with the whole condo.

Actions we are taking now: - Open a priority inspection of the unit to pinpoint odor sources (HVAC, ducts/vents, carpets, upholstery, mattresses, closets, baseboards). - Coordinate with certified odor‑remediation and mold inspectors to test for biological causes and recommend appropriate remediation. - Arrange for deep cleaning and, if remediation does not resolve the problem, replacement of contaminated soft goods (furniture, mattresses, bedding). - Inspect and service the HVAC system and replace filters; perform any necessary treatments recommended by specialists. - Review the on‑site inspection and cleaning that was performed to understand why the odor returned and update our vendor procedures to prevent recurrence. - Review your stay for appropriate compensation and will follow up through your Vrbo message thread. Please send any photos, timestamps, or additional details about when the smell was first noticed via your Vrbo message thread so we can document everything and expedite the investigation. I’m sorry this affected your trip and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

This condo was wonderful! It had mostly everything we needed and was very clean. This was probably one of the cleanest condos I’ve ever rented! The view was so nice and the check in process was a breeze! We will definitely be staying again!
