Thank you Ben for letting our guests know how convenient our condo is in our complex. We are the only building (3) that has a direct view of the beach from the east to the west. We have had that distention three years now. But it is very hard to get all 10's because people don't realize that you need this to be higher up in the rankings so that others can see it & also book our condo. Trina, You really gave us a wonderful review. We are so blessed to have wonderful guests that also take care of our condo while staying there. I am a neat freak, so everything has to be perfectly cleaned, I treat it like I live there in that I check on everything to be sure that there are no problems that I can see when I leave the condo. I also have my personal phone number on the refrigerator so that you can call me from 10:00 AM until midnight each day. Dear Vicki, Would you be so kind to let us know why we only scored an 8 out of 10? We hardly ever get anything below tens. I want to be able to see what I need to do to get 10's from everyone. This is how VRBO shows our condo in their feed. Thank you for choosing our condo for your much needed vacation.

Thank you for letting our guests know that we have a beautiful condo facing directly to the beach where you can enjoy early morning sun risings & late afternoon sunsets. Many of our guests eat their meals on the patio. We love this condo because you can see the view from the master bedroom & the den. Yes, we like communication with our guests. I answer my phone from 10:00 am until midnight. If anything is wrong, we have our own maintenance man that is there that day or the next. I tell our guests that I am there in your suitcase you just can't see me. Many VRBO owners don't want calls from their guests but we are Christian people that want your hard-earned money to be spent where there is communication if you need us. I have my phone number on the refrigerator so that guests can contact me if I am needed Please know that we really appreciate your family staying with us & you all left the condo so clean & we really appreciated you all doing this for us. Sometimes we have more units to clean so you all leaving it so nice we were able to move right along to our next condos with ease.

Trisha I just updated how to actually open our lock on our door with the instructions that come when you go to check in with us on VRBO. This is the same lock we have had for three years & never have ever had a complaint. Just to be sure there is not a problem again, now I have detailed instructions on exactly how to use that lock. I have used this type of lock for years but this was so unfortunate. I'm glad you used our keys. We do that just in case our batteries run out on our lock so people can use the keys also.

Oh! Avinash thank you for letting others know that we have a place where you can just kick back, relax, go shopping, lay on the beach all day, go eat at one of our fabulous new restaurants that are opening all the time, enjoy our seafood & catch some of God's rays while on the beach, Your review shows others that we have a relaxing condo to visit on their much needed vacation.

Thank you Jerry for letting other guests that are considering renting from us that we not only have a beautiful condo, but it has the most incredible view of the beach from the master bedroom and the den area plus the patio table and chair chairs. It is always very clean because I am a neat freak and I always think about how the guest is going to feel. Thank you for your review. reviews like your let people know that there are beach chairs right in front of our condo for rent. We also have a lifeguard right there also. The beach chairs are for rent, but we have chairs in our condo to use & bring back to the condo daily.

Only our God could have made such beauty & we praise him for it. Your thoughfulness is so precious for doing this for us.
