home. Fully furnished including all appliances, air conditioning/heating unit and situated inside a friendly neighborhood with a golf course.
You’ll love staying at this charming family home providing 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, You will also have a generous space to move about including a common area with cable TV, WiFi, a living room and a kitchen. The backyard is very relaxing and there is a large table and lounging hammock with great views of the surrounding area.

Convenient location! 10-15 minutes to the University and Downtown Area/4th Avenue. 10-15 minutes to Sabino Canyon. 15 minutes to the base of Mt. Lemmon/45min to the Summit town "SummerHaven".
