Casa Hermosa ~ Private And Quiet Pool Oasis With Hot Tub

Perfect home and location for traveling families, groups exploring Tucson, professional travel or holidays. Three full-bedrooms, all with queen-size beds, night stands and TVs. Master bedroom has private bath with walk-in shower and closet. Hall bath has tub and shower. Living room has one full-size sofa couch (hide-a-bed), 65" Samsung TV, books, gas fireplace, supply closet and additional closet with hangers and children’s high chair.

Open living concept, 6 chair dining room set and wine bar opens to a chef's kitchen and living room. Fully-stocked kitchen with all essentials provided. French doors open to a lovely covered patio, built in grill area, outdoor table, pool and yard. Full laundry facility located at patio with cleaning agents to do your laundry for free during your stay.

Garage available for use, two doors, no remotes. Access to garage is off the back patio. This 3-bedroom 2-bath home offers 4 sleeping areas and can accommodate up to 8 people. Indoor and outdoor eating areas.

Patio, pool, hot tub and lounging in private, fenced back yard. We welcome dogs, but no cats are allowed! Close and convenient to Saguaro National Park East.

Located in East Tucson close to stores, restaurants and major roads. Pool and landscape are well-maintained. The swimming pool is NOT heated.

Dogs are welcome, up to 2 for one small fee, no cats! Dog water bowls near hose bib in the backyard.

Pool services are once a week in the winter, twice a week in the summer, between 8a-2p typically Friday. Landscape scheduled as needed.

Comfortable Family Retreat

Our rental was great. We stayed here for Easter. The property was clean, comfortable, and ready for all of our needs. The owner placed lots of details into providing all the necessary items including toiletries we may have forgotten and cooking items. We wil definitely consider staying here again.

Spent two nights with family. Kids enjoyed the pool- not heated but the hot tub kept them warm in between the jumps in the pool.

Perfect size, nice location

Really close to Saguaro National Park East! There was quite a bit of airplane and helicopter activity that was fun to watch from the backyard! Handy to have whatever shop and restaurant you’d like close by. Enjoyed the outdoor seating and hot tub. Pool was way too cold! I’m sure when it’s consistently 100 degrees and the water has warmed up it’d be great! Appreciated that pool/hot tub cleaner can weekly!

House was very clean, felt very comfortable to be in. Overall our stay was very enjoyable, the host was very nice and responded quickly. Hot tub was nice though I think a little maintenance is needed as there are a few options that don’t work, headrests missing and on the bottom there is a missing intake filter cover that leaves sharp plastic exposed that cut my 5 year olds foot pretty good. Nothing major, but a little maintenance wouldn’t hurt. The pool is very nice as well, I would say the pool cleaning company is slacking a bit as the guy came while we were there and he didn’t bother to clean off the green algae growing on the pool, in some places it’s pretty dark. There is also a large sign that says you cannot remove the pool cleaning robot at any time, the constant moving of the robot dragging hoses around the pool kills a bit of the enjoyment as the hoses take up a large portion of the swimming area. The hoses plugs into the only skimmer in the pool so all the leaves and bugs just build up and can’t be filtered out. Overall a pleasant experience, a little attention to maintenance on the main relaxation areas and maybe a way to allow the pool to skim without hoses always being in the way would make it great.
