This house in North Nashville was perfect for our needs. It was easy to get anywhere in the city as it is very close to the highway. The space was great, with 3 nicely sized bedrooms and 3 full baths. The kitchen was of great size for reheating. (We didn't cook much during this stay.) There were 3 WiFi enabled TVs, 1 per floor. The rooftop patio was really nice. We played cards out there a few times. The last amazing thing was the responsiveness of the host. Wow! Very quick response to in-app texts, less than 1-2 hours (usually just minutes during the daytime). The few challenges were minor but included the following: a couple of missing bath towel rods, several out lightbulbs, wobbly chair & stool in kitchen/dining room, & outdoor recycle bin full of trash. These were all mentioned to the host, so I anticipate them being corrected quickly.Two unchangeable item were unpleasant. There is only 1 parking spot in the driveway, as the neighbor seems to "own" 3 of the 4 spaces. (There's sufficient parking on the side street.) And, there is the road noise from the main street, as it is fairly busy with large trucks passing often, even at night. If you're a light sleeper, you may need to wisely select your bedroom.Overall, the house is wonderful. It has a modern feel. And, my family felt very safe & comfortable. I'd happily stay here again.

Great house in perfect location!

Overall, the house worked out great for us. There were only 4 of us so we had plenty of space. The description is a little off in that there is a king bed, a queen bed, and then the bunk beds. There is also 3.5 baths, not 4 as the listing shows. The location was easy to access and close to everything.

Great house, great location.

Very cute house with some minor nicks & scratches from previous visits. Very close drive to all pockets of Nashville. Has some pots, pans, glassware etc. that are available for you to use. Slept all of our guests comfortably. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Nashville& would rent again myself if I came with a large group.
