Time for Sun & Fun!!! Vacation Time! In our Wonderful Condo

Our lovely and comfortable villa at the Island Club--The Little Gem By The Sea-- awaits your arrival! It is the perfect home away from home.

We call it Paradise and have vacationed here for over 40 years and have owned our villa for over 25!

Our villa boasts a newly renovated beautiful kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, both high end backsplash and granite countertops. Here you will find everything for your culinary needs, including a microwave, new stove and oven, full-size fridge, a new dishwasher, and new high efficiency washer and dryer. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dining and cooking tools. Exit the kitchen and to your right you’ll find the dining area with a new dining table. Walk further and you enter the living area. Our living area has a new sleeper sofa, tv, DVD/VCR player, and stereo and very comfortable seating. Through the sliding doors you’ll find yourself on our deck overlooking the beautiful lagoon – perfect for breakfast, viewing the wildlife, or just relaxing! Back inside you’ll find the fun guest bedroom with 2 double beds, a dresser, spacious closet, and brand-new TV. Our guest bathroom has been renovated and features new tile around the bathtub, vanity and commode. Our master suite boasts a king bed, TV, dresser, desk, relaxing chair for reading . A new walk-in shower with blueberry angel fish in the private renovated master bathroom awaits you and there is plenty of space in the walk-in closet!

Additional amenities include new bedding in both bedrooms, new air conditioning, wireless high-speed internet, chairs for the beach, and a beach umbrella or two. We have sand toys for young children.

The beach is one of the finest, spacious and perfect for walking, biking, shelling, and spotting dolphins. The Island Club is a 30 acre family resort offering 24/7 security, 2 new state of the art pools with a spa and tanning shelf, 9 tennis courts, pickleball court, a playground, barbeque area, a beach front veranda, fitness center, green spaces, and the lagoons are perfect for fishing and duck watching!

June, July & first 2 weeks of August are Saturday to Saturday, 7 nights only.

We had a great week in the condo! The location is excellent, so quiet, and an easy walk to the beach. We especially like sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view at all times of day. The view of the eastern sky from the master bedroom each morning is heaven!We had a small issue at check-in, but the owner was quick to resolve it and very responsive to messaging. No issues after that, and we will absolutely be going again.

Home away from home

Just a short walk to the beach or the pool. Spotless accommodations with all of the appliances and cookware needed for our stay. Nice porch overlooking a lagoon with turtles and ducks.

Place as pictures. Couch had sheets safety pinned to cushions. Some chairs had plastic coverings- kind of a 70"s style. AC had issue- but was fixed quickly.When we opened the sleeper sofa the fist night- there were multiple ping pong balls and small animal toys- no big deal- just laughed about it.Real problem started upon arriving home- Owner accused us of bringing a dog - we did not. I have receipts which show my dog being boarded, and she's 70 #. you would know if we did. She tried to charge us an extra cleaning fee. I reported to administrators.

Please explain why the condo had dog fur on the floors, sofa,sofa pillows, club chairs and the chair pillows. A neighbor saw you with the black dog outside of my condo. I have a photo of dog fur on the floor of the condo

Wonderful vacation

Beautiful condo!!

This condo was amazing. It was clean and had an amazing selection of kitchen items. Just a short walk to the beach and there were beach chairs and toys available to use. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to friends.

Love staying here!!

This condo is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Very tastefully decorated, well kept and immaculately clean. This was my fifth time to stay here, I feel like it is my Hilton Head home away from home! Barbara has made sure everything that might be needed is available. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores are all close by, very conveniently located. A great place to stay for your beach vacation!

First vacationed on HHI April of 1977 and knew it would be my forever vacation spot. My children were young and now the grandchildren love it too! Cannot keep my toes out of the sand. The Island has a special magic and it sings to me.

Why they chose this property

The location is especially appealing as the beaches are uncrowded and there is less traffic in the immediate area. It is just quieter and more relaxing. The condo is so inviting and comfortable for a vacation.

What makes this property unique

I just love the wonderful beach which nourishes the soul, provides great walking areas, and inspires creative thinking and daydreaming. And just good relaxing and de-stressing.
