Beautifully Remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Top Floor Villa at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort!

All New Furniture with beautiful new wood floors throughout the villa! No carpet. The master bedroom has a queen bed, television and private bath with granite counter tops. The guest bedroom sleeps 4 with two sets of new twin bunk beds. The new sofa sleeper has a queen size mattress. Perfect for larger families! There is a hall bath for use of the guest room and living room. The kitchen is newly remodeled and open to the dining room and living area. The balcony stretches the entire length of the villa and has a new table and 4 chairs, perfect for morning coffee and sunrises! The view is amazing from the 4th floor and the Beach is just steps away! There's plenty of things to do if you wish and the white sandy beaches are a great place to relax the day away and enjoy your vacation!

The complex also has 2 pools, tennis courts, workout room and a playground with a BBQ/picnic area for guests to use. Conveniently located mid island, this area of Hilton Head is a wonderful location for all beach vacationers!

Another great stay!

This was our 4th year in Hilton Head and our 3rd year staying in this condo. We absolutely love it. The location is wonderful and communication is perfect. We hope to be back next year my girls have made so many great memories here.

We would stay here again. Close proximity to food, bars and walking distance to the beach. Michael the owner was super easy to get in touch with when needed and responded right away. The only negative I have that has nothing to do with his listing but the building itself, the elevator is a bit slot like. Our family was happy with this location.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

The property was clean and had all of the necessary amenities for our family. I was worried about the on-floor shared laundry room, but it was clean and convenient. We enjoyed the beach, easy access to tennis and pickleball, walking/bike trails and more.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk and you're ready to set up on the beach for the day! Space was a little tight for a family of 6, but adequate. Dishwasher was not working during our 5 night stay, nor was the wifi/internet, which was very disappointing during a rainy day since none of the tv's could be used. Beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards were nice to have on hand. would recommend based on the 2 items above being fixed.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The resorts pools were a hit with the kids (3 & 5) and beach was easily accessible by just a short walk. Highly recommend waking up to watch the sunrise from the balcony… simply beautiful!

Great experience

Our stay at this property was fantastic! Easy check in/out, condo was clean and very well stocked (from books and board games to beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella). Location is great with lots of restaurants and even mini golf nearby. Just a few steps from the private beach access too. This is hands down my favorite place that we’ve stayed in Hilton Head so far.

Perfect stay for a perfect beach!

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for us and our 4 year old twins! It was an easy walk from the condo to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be the tvs need to be upgraded, but who goes to the beach to watch tv?
