The location of this condo on the third floor provided a perfect view of the golf! The proximity to the elevator made loading and unloading a breeze. We were extremely appreciative of being allowed an earlier check-in time. Because of this, we were able to enjoy an extra half day on the beach.

Communicating with the host was easy, her responses were quick and appreciated.While the condo met most of our needs it was not as nice as it appears in pictures. Worn out furniture and mattresses. Dirty dishes were put away for use. The dishwasher though ran was still full of dishes upon our arrival. The refrigerator doors and handles were filthy. The light above the shower hung unattached to the ceiling. Scotch tape on walls. Plexiglass mounted to walls, while I understand its purpose, one might consider it tacky. Dirty socks under furniture. Outdoor chairs sat randomly in the living room. This condo needs some overall attention.

We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view! This condo has everything you would need and the two bathrooms was a plus. We had great food and drinks in the local restaurants and did lots of shopping.

The condo was very nice with a large balcony overlooking the gulf. It had all the dishes, towels, and blankets that we needed. Very restful place to stay. The hosts were quick to respond to ice-maker concerns. The price was a little high for a one-bedroom, but probably comparable to other condo prices.

Upon arrival, floors had not been cleaned, carpet not vacuumed, towels in washer but not washed, dirty pan left in the oven, peanut butter globbed on fridge handle and balcony had sand and french fries on it. I had to purchase laundry detergent to wash towels and clean myself. Was not happy I had to clean before even getting to enjoy or relax from driving there. I spoke with owner multiple times, they were apologetic but I still had to pay a cleaning fee after having to do the work from the previous people. Other than that the stay was ok just frustrating.

Great Stay

We enjoyed the condo, and the facility. Very family friendly, and quiet. Loved both pools at the Condo and access to the beach was a breeze. Future stays will be at the Celadon resort.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was just what we wanted. It was clean, well supplied, safe and had a beautiful view of the gulf. The owners were helpful and courteous. We would stay again for sure.

Great trip!

Joy and Andrew were wonderful! We had such a great trip. I booked a last minute long weekend trip in October. The condo was perfect! Very clean, great location, and we will absolutely be staying again!

Great location, Convenient 3rd floor 1 bedroom condo, west side of Pier Park.

Celadon Beach Resort was in a great location for us. condo was beach front 3rd floor. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Nice updates and information from owners throughout our stay. Short drive to lots of shopping, restaurants and grocery stores.

Had a great time!

We were completely satisfied with this property. The beach was awesome. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. The kids loved the bunk beds. We contacted the owners a few times with questions before our stay. They always answered right away. Wouldn't hesitate to book this property again!.
