Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Contact cleaner, instructions are in unit. Let her know when you leave so she can begin working for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There will be a parking/amenity fee of $40.00 charged by the HOA per visit. Instructions will be sent about two weeks before your stay!
