This charming cottage in a typical semi-detached fisherman's house of 80 M² on 3 levels, with garden and wooden terrace, renovated in the fisherman's house style, the cottage is labeled Clévacances 3 keys 6 people, with careful decoration.
This charming accommodation will allow you to spend pleasant holidays in a complete change of scenery, for your holidays, your weekend or short stays.

Lovely week in Normandy

We had a wonderful stay at "La Caique". Nice, clean, house with all amenities. The host is very friendly and helpful, and speaks English very well.

An excellent and quiet location location

The property was situated in a quiet street within easy walking distance from the village shops. The house was well equipped and nothing was lacking. Definitely a good location to visit the area.

Nachdem wir von Marie-Christine sehr nett empfangen wurden, hatten wir in dem geschmackvoll maritim eingerichteten Fischerhaus eine wunderbare Zeit. Yport ist ein schöner kleiner und ruhiger Ort. Strand, Bäckerei und ein kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön. Alles war so, wie man sich einen perfekten Urlaub wünscht, außer dass das Parken an der Straße vor dem Haus tagsüber gebührenpflichtig ist. Zum Glück hat uns Marie-Christine auf einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe hingewiesen.

Das sympatisch Fischerhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist toll, Bäcker, Lebensmittel, Metzger, Markt, und Meer, alles ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist seht nett, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten dort einen herrlich entspannten Aufenthalt.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr, sehr nett und hat uns freundlich Willkommen geheißen und verabschiedet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und haben jns sehr wohl gefühlt. Yport ist ein nettes, uriges Fischerdorf und vor allem der Sonnenuntergang im Hafen ist ein Traum. Wir haben Yport als Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen genutzt. Die Kinder haben vor allem die Crêpes im Hafen geliebt! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhaus ist super süß und schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigen. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und die Kommunikation und der Aufenthalt waren sehr unkompliziert.Der Ort Yport ist hübsch und bietet vor Ort alles an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt.Von Yport aus kann man schöne und unkomplizierte Ausflüge zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto unternehmen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, toller Ort

Wir waren zu dritt für eine Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine freundliche Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist perfekt für entspannte Ferien. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin funktionierte reibungslos.Der Ort Yport hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Trotz Hochsaison war er nicht überlaufen. Es gibt gute Restaurants, Mittwochs einen Wochenmarkt und die weitere Infrastruktur ist auch ausgezeichnet ( Bäcker, Metzger, Lebensmittel…). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes kleines Ferienhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus. Alles da, was man so braucht. Ganz liebevolle Dekoration und Einrichtung. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche hier. Man kann von hier aus super Yport zu Fuß erkunden und ist mit dem Auto schnell in der Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Het is oud en niet gezellig

De bedden sliepen goed. Er is geen sprake van 3 slaapkamers maar 2. De derde is een vide waar anderen over moeten. Het toilet komt er ook op uit. Goede nachtrust krijg je niet. Lekker slapen in een eigen hoekje is er ook niet bij. Het huis is kil en koud ingericht en niet schoon. Bad en toilet wel maar de rest niet. Dikke stof kwamen we tegen. Water in de douche is een kleine straal en duurt lang voor deze warm is. Spullen zijn oud en goedkoop. Buitenplaats is glad en ook niet opgeruimd. Parkeren voor de deur kan niet. Bestek lijkt veel maar is kinderlijk en simpel. Er zijn hoge druk pannen maar geen andere. Steelpannetje zit vol krassen op de bodem, het tefal laat los. Gastvrouw is behulpzaam en voorkomend.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub dort verbracht.

Die Informationen der Gastgeberin am Anreisetag waren hervorragend. Yport ist ein schöner kleiner Ort mit tollen und außergewöhnlichen Häusern. Auch die Umgebung (Etretat, Fencamp, St. Valery en caux, Varengeville sur Mer) sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Herrlicher Urlaub in bester Lage

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und hervorragend eingewiesen. Das kleine Fischerhaus ist ruhig, aber zentral gelegen. Es ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!

erholsamer Urlaub in netten kleinem Fischerdorf

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Yport in diesem netten kleinen Haus sehr genossen. Es ist gut ausgestattet, auch eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und andern Küchenkleinigkeiten ist da. Die Kommunikation mit Marie-Christine war einfach und lief sehr gut und schnell. Auch Yport hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, außer man macht zur gleichen Zeit Urlaub wie der hervorragende Bäcker im Ort. Einzig die Parkmöglichkeiten: von 9-19 Uhr ist ganz Yport bis auf einige wenige Parkplätze relativ am Ortseingang kostenpflichtig für alle Nichteinwohner. Es kann also passieren, dass man irgendwann tagsüber von einem Ausflug zurück kommt und ein Parkticket lösen muss, weil dort nichts frei ist (ist uns so passiert und das in der Nachsaison). Daran kann Marie-Christine nichts ändern, das ist wohl von der Gemeinde so gewollt und es gab auch nicht die Möglichkeit, ein Wochenticket oder Ähnliches für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes zu kaufen.

Gemütliches Reihenhaus und freundliche Gastgeberin

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt und man konnte es sich in jedem Raum gemütlich machen. Überall befinden sich kleine, liebevolle Details. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten während unseres Aufenthalts immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Unterkunft finden. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolle Lage, schönes Haus

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus. Die Lage ist toll, ruhig und man ist schnell zu Fuß beim Bäcker, Mini Supermarkt und am Strand.
