Magnificent new air-conditioned house with heated swimming pool from April on the edge of the Cap d'Agde Golf Course.
It is composed of a beautiful living room with sofa bed and fully equipped American kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with Italian shower and a separate toilet, a garage, a large exposed terrace south west not overlooked with view of the golf course and a small sea view.
Privileged central location in a quiet location 300 meters from shops, 600 meters from the leisure island (casino, nightclubs and fun fair, etc.) and the port and 800 meters from the large beach in richelieu. Also close to Aqualand and Golf International.
The house is on the edge of the cycle and pedestrian path that leads to all activities with pretty walks in the pine forest in perspective.

Nice holiday house

We had a nice holiday at the clean house with the beautiful pool. We enjoyed the quite terrace with the view on the golf course. The conversation with the hirer in English was always good.

Excellent villa, great location, brilliant hosts.

The villa was perfect for our family of four over the last two weeks, great location within walking distance to everything, including beach, shops, fun fair and water park. We spent lots on time in and by the pool which was great, not overlooked at all. Julien was a brilliant host. Would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent holiday

We are a family of 4 and had a lovely holiday in this villa. The location is perfect, it’s quiet, very private, nice views of the golf course and the kids absolutely loved the pool in which they spent a lot of time. We were able to walk into the main area with the shops, beaches and restaurants, although it is a fair distance so maybe not as easy with younger children. The villa had everything we needed and the hosts were excellent, friendly and speak great English. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Lovely place !

We stayed in this villa for two weeks and had a great time enjoying the Sunny terrace and the pool. The owners did a great job in making this a comfortable place for holiday. Almost everything you need is there and if not just ask Julien or Lydie for help which they gladly provide. Distance to shops, towncenter and beach is not too far allthough you have to be fit enough to cover by walking mainly because of the bad state of the sidewalks. We simply loved Cap d'Agde and the Villa and would definately consider it for a next vacation in south of France

Cap D’Agde is amazing!

Villa is modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean. For me, it lacked a bit of homeliness and comfortable touches, for example with the bedding. Although the property does sleep 5, I would suggest that the bunk beds are suitable for younger children but not ideal for teenagers. Location next to golf course is lovely and tranquil but be aware it is uphill from the town centre and although the shops at the bottom of the hill are 5-10 minutes away, it is a 30 minute walk to the centre of the port area where all the action is. Cap D’Agde is a perfect holiday with everything you would want and stunning beaches within walking distance. The water park and amusement park are about 5-10 minutes walk from the villa, as is the bus stop if you want to travel without a car. Can get the bus to Agde for 1 Euro, where there is a train station, or about 20 euros by taxi. The host, Julien was helpful and available by text once we’d arrived but pre-stay communication was poor with no contact apart from payment reminders via HomeAway. I had made contact to advise when we would arrive but still found ourselves standing in the street with luggage and a partial address and no-one to meet us which was a bit disconcerting. We had a similar situation when checking out and had to get the cash deposit returned by bank transfer a week later. Overall, our stay was pleasant and I would recommend the property and Cap D’Agde.

Ruhige, voll ausgestattete Unterkunft mit eigenem Pool. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub! Julien ist total unkompliziert und man kann sich mit ihm sehr gut auf englisch oder französisch unterhalten.

Piscine en très bon état et chauffée à 28,très rare début avril. Jolie maison, décoré avec goût et très propre. On s'y sent bien. Aucun vis à vis, vu sur le golf verdoyant et arboré (vu un écureuil), chants des oiseaux. Au pied du mont Saint-loup qui se visite en petit train, avec un autre circuit qui vous mène aux falaises volcaniques et plagede sable noir. Beaucoup d'activités et centre ville du cap d'agde à 20 min à pied avec beaucoup de boutiques et de restaurants, plus la grande roue. Acrobranche et trotinette tout terrain tout proche. Sans oublier le canal du midi et les marchés des petites villes aux alentours. Bonne communication avec l'hôte.

Superbe maison, magnifique vue sur le golf, calme et détente assurée dans cette petite résidence. Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances. La piscine était très propre, l'équipement général est de bonne qualité, rien à redire. Le réfrigérateur a montré des signes de fatigue durant notre séjour et le propriétaire s'est montré très réactif en achetant un nouveau le jour même. Je conseille vivement cette maison à ceux et à celles qui veulent visiter le Cap d'Agde et les environs dans une maison chaleureuse, propre et bien placée.

Lit cassé! Aucun geste du propriétaire!

Le logement est bien, les photos de l'annonce sont faites avec un grand angle donc les pièces sont assez petite. Piscine au top et chauffée. Depuis la 1ère nuit notre file se plaignait d'avoir mal au dos, après vérification nous avons constaté que les 2 sommiers étaient cassés, l'un était muni d'un pot de peinture faisant office de renfort!!! et l'autre pas. Donc le propriétaire était bien au courant du problème mais n'a voulu rien entendre, il nous a proposé de mettre le matelas par terre mais il n'étais pas question que notre fille passe ses vacances ainsi.Comment est ce possible de recevoir des vacanciers dans de tel condition!! Nous avons du repartir, Vacances donc gâchée. Le propriétaire n'a voulu faire aucun geste commercial, seul Abritel en a fait un petit. C'est scandaleux! Méfiez vous!

Bonjour, , je suis vraiment navré que votre séjour ne se soit pas déroulé comme vous le souhaitiez, Cependant je suis étonné de votre commentaire, effectivement, il y a un 3ème lit et en inspectant un minimum, on voit bien qu’il est complètement indépendant de l’autre est qu’il y a aucune chance qu’il se casse à son tour. Vous me prévenez au bout du 5ème soir que vous avez décidé de partir, je me suis proposé de venir dès le lendemain matin pour régler le problème et changé le sommier (ce qui est chose faite aujourd'hui) Je pense que malheureusement la météo, n’était pas au rdv, effectivement il faisait froid et il a plu. C'est dommage. J'avais même consenti à vous laisser la piscine à 30 degrés gratuitement pour le mois de novembre, d'habitude, elle n'est plus chauffée à cette période. Effectivement vous m'aviez demandé de vous rembourser, chose que je n'ai pas souhaité car cela ne me semblait pas justifié. Cordialement Julien

Excellent séjour

Location dans une petite résidence privé, à proximité du centre d'Agde et avec belle vue sur le golf. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine chauffée en fin de saison et la proximité des pistes cyclables permettant de faire des belles balades le long des plages, de l'Hérault et du canal. Merci encore à Julien pour son accueil et sa réactivité pour dépanner le four. Au plaisir de revenir une autre fois...
