communication was good, check in and out was easy. house nice and in a great location. bad part was the Hot tub did not function the first night of our stay and hot tub maintenance person who was there for hours was extremely rude and unfriendly.

The 5 bedroom met our needs. A very nice and spacious living space. Loved having the heated garage. Some quirks were smoke detector in the main living space was disconnected, 3 of 7 had cold showers, drier squeaks, and the upstairs hall bath had some issues flushing. Thanks for asking

Great stay, we'd return
We were very comfortable there. House was well laid out and stocked with towels, dishes, etc.
Only downsides:
1. Wifi network and password was not provided
2. Front steps were not shoveled so we could not use the front door for 3 days
3. Code to garage was not provided until we called for it
4. Carpeting was dusty
5. After leaving we received a call we were being charged for now putting dishes in dishwasher. Had we known to do so we would have. At the same time, given the above mentioned shortcomings we felt this was not a fair handling of the dishes concern.

We will share your concerns for the snow removal, carpeting and dish charge with our management team to that we can improve the guest experience.
The house is very good, offers exactly what is written, kitchen utensils ok, great cleaning in the bathrooms and kitchen, but you need to make sure the furniture in the house, the jacuzzi is very good too, bed linen, clean towels, comfortable mattresses, barbecue functioning, serves well 10-12 people, the location is functional for those who want to sky, our group was very happy in this house. Just a few remarks for reflection, one could think of a cover for the jacuzzi and the check out time at 10am is too early for a check in time at 4pm, the group needs to wake up too early for the clean up, and everyone likes to wake up later when They are on vacation. Even with covid, it is possible to relax this schedule to make your stay more comfortable. In summary our group thanks the host and team, and recommends this property for rental and good times in Winter Park.
