About this property

Beautiful 2B/2B, ground floor condo in Riverwalk on Arrowhead Golf course !

Our 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom condo in the popular Riverwalk community- is surrounded by the Arrowhead Golf course and Intercoastal Waterway . Our first-floor unit has a covered porch that walks right out to the the inground pool and gas grill. It's about 6 miles from the beach ( approx 15 min depending on traffic . )and close to awesome shopping , outlets and attractions. There is an heated indoor pool and exercise room available as well. The unit is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. There are 3 newer TVs, cable & wireless internet .There is one king bed , two twins, . The condo is approximately 1000 square feet. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and well-equipped kitchen as well as bedding and towels. We have several updates- new flooring, furniture, and tvs to provide our guests with a great experience.

Great vacation home

I really enjoyed the condo. It was really clean and had everything you would need. It is in a good location about 10-15 to beach but it was nice to come back and enjoy the peace and quiet. The owner is very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo was in a quiet area on the golf course. Easy access to wherever you wanted to go. Fully stocked, cushiony, soft beds. Could use another couch or loveseat in the sitting area. Other than that a charming place.

Very clean, pool right out the sliding doors. Very short drive to beach, and shopping. The onlybthing was on the last day the air conditioner stop working, after awhile the owner did get back to me. And she made everything right. Would stay away,thank you!

A gem!

This is our second time staying at this condo. It is located in a beautiful golf course community. The neighbors are all so sweet. The home is clean and spacious. The price is fair and the stay always goes too quickly. The host is very responsive too! You are close to the beach, shopping, golf, food, etc. I highly highly recommend and my family and I look forward to our next time here.

Love this area.

Our past several times to MB, we have been able to obtain a condo in the Riverwalk area with different owners. As our grandson was playing baseball in the Market Common area, contacting Colleen regarding this property was easy and informative from her end. We used it solely as a place to sleep as the two of us always eat out at our favorite places. The pool was just steps from the back patio. Overall, we just loved the place. and if we should head south again, would attempt to get this rental again.

First vacation

The house was clean smelled good. It was everything you need. It was pool right outside door. The beach and every store was only 15 minutes away. It was plenty towels. It’s what I call fully loaded. I left the beach toys for kids knowing how pleased we was. It’s my new vacation rental. I only had two issue with bathroom in master bathroom. It was rocking and not stable so every time I sat down I was scare I would make it completely break. The bed in main bedroom need replaced it was terrible sleep. It look like someone was laying in bed when we made it; that’s how worn it was. Updates will make this a perfect place
