Stone house in a quiet country located 30km from Alençon and Le Mans, with a capacity of 7 people.

Ground floor: kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine ....) a meal room and a living room (tv, micro-channel), a bathroom and toilet.

Floor: 1 bedroom with bed 160x200 with basin, 1 bedroom with 140x190 bed, 1 bedroom with 80x190.

Independent house: garage (dryer), 1 bedroom with 140x190 bed and a shower room with WC.
