Look no further for your Sun Valley adventure! Conveniently located on the 15th green of the Elkhorn Golf Course, this 4,000 square foot home offers 4 King en suite bedrooms (two of which are masters), a bunk room, pool table, spacious backyard with a large barbecue, 6-person hot tub, fire pit and a fully equipped "cook's kitchen". Our home features all new furnishings (installed 2018) , Central A/C, and more! High speed internet throughout the home with flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, family room, living room and billiards room. The "Great Room” has lodge style soaring exposed beam ceilings, floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace, and lofted billiards room.

Please note our home is NOT child proofed and, therefore, not appropriate for children under 5 years of age.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check all window to make sure they are completely closed (double latched)
Check to make sure BBQ off and propane tank closed. Cover BBQ. Make sure fire pit is off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Using fire-pit for cooking food is prohibited.
Ketchum Spa Hot Tub technician services our hot tub every Monday or Tuesday. You do not need to be present; he accesses hot tub through back yard.
Security cameras are posted on all exterior doors to monitor unauthorized occupancy or pets as well as general security in our absence.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home because of the fantastic Elkhorn golf course location and privacy. We also were happy to find a property in Sun Valley that was traditional in style.

What makes this property unique

Our home offers 4 King bed Bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom facilities. Additionally our home features a "Bunkroom" with one twin over full and one twin over twin bed. (Please note that the Bunkroom does not have it's own dedicated backroom. All bedding/pillows are down alternative. Additionally, our house offers a billiards room with large flat screen TV.
